Keeps putting lines on the pdf and won’t remove them before saving the document

No can change password option

I’ve been paying for my subscription for nearly two years now. At first this app was amazing for my needs, but as time went on it became less and less useful. 75% of the time it’s picture to pdf option doesn’t work. Or if it does it doesn’t allow more than 15-20 pictures to be saved as a pdf, even though that is what you get with the free version. It continues to have problems with uploading anything to the cloud. And good luck with reporting an issue and getting a response. I’ve been so frustrated that I have started looking into other apps that can preform the same functions.

This app used to be one of the best and most reliable apps out there. Unfortunately, since introducing AI to “recognize” images, it has become frustrating to use. It frequently puts everything out of order and even changes the language, making the app nearly unusable. It’s disappointing to see such a great app go downhill because of a feature that should have improved the experience. At this point, I can no longer use the app and have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I’m so very grateful that I got a three day free trial with this total and complete piece of garbage. If it allows you to fill and sign a PDF it makes it very difficult he can so I canceled the subscription before I even started it. Consider yourself warned.

La aplicación es muy buena pero cuidado porque yo no me suscribí solo pagué los documentos que fui usando con ellos y me entemtaron comprar no una sino ya van por 3 veces casi 50 dólares por algo que yo no pedí. Es una falta de respeto y rompe el vínculo de confianza

I paid a lots of money for this app but this app is not working properly when i transfer file it shows blurry images

Document change when you want to edit with the ai option

I’ll make a pdf on here with a format available on the app… but when I reopen the app to edit the pdf, then it cant recognize the format…

Can’t save it as original document

I’m sorry. I’m sure y’all really tried but I am so unimpressed by how badly this works. 0/10 would not recommend this app.

Horrible

I wanted to try this app to see if I could actually get a form filled out on my phone. It’s advertised as a 3 day free trial. I figured that’s what it would be and if I didn’t cancel it would then charge me. I had no sooner approved the charge then it went straight thru to my bank acct and charged me $50. I went back and canceled the subscription but the money has already been deducted. How do I get that returned?

I paid it says pro but I keep getting a message to upgrade

I tried to email my document like 5 times even to myself and it won’t email my documents

It keeps deleting everything I’ve added to a form

Won’t add files and when i try to delete old ones it wont delete

When i change my subscription to yearly, it stopped working. I can’t even edit the right font used in my document.

It will not trigger my printer to print
