They cancelled my sale of digital products for no reason. I recommend that if you're going to do it, you look for the best option; the transaction fees are a rip-off.

DO NOT engage in business with these charlatans. Literally the system can't get a simple verification done. It KNOWS the company exists and sees it, but says it's the wrong name on the document uploaded (it's not). God forbid you need actual support from these frauds - you can't get it. Their AI support WILL REFUSE to open a ticket or get a human for you. It will repeatedly send you to the wrong area to fix things. The company is a front for some type of fraud.

Since this app profits from groups selling courses, they side with the sellers even if its a scam group

Would not get refunded for one month of a deceptive subscription (Pokenotify). Paid for months even tho I never got to use the product as it is overcomplicated. Fine with eating the other 6 months of payment but when asking for one back days after payment my case was denied. They just sent me a copy and paste message and denied my one month refund. Bot good business. If you are older good-luck trying to figure out how to cancel in the first place.

Take lots of your money but don’t give the product, help or direction I paid hundreds of dollars for and even through nothing works they have the nerve to still hit me with more and charges.

I don't usually leave one-star reviews, but I think other potential buyers should understand the risk. In my experience, this platform did not protect me as a buyer. I spent 130 dollars on a digital product, was told I'd get access, and that never happened. I reached out immediately, was told I'd be added, then my messages went unanswered. I opened a dispute and explained what happened. The seller's evidence only showed their product existed, not that I had actually been given access. Despite that, the dispute was decided in the seller's favor. What made this even more frustrating was what happened afterward. Support acknowledged that the access wasn't attached. Acknowledged that if the seller never grants access, I could end up paying and receiving nothing. But also said it wasn't an acceptable outcome, yet they couldn't refund or reopen the case. My issue isn't just the money. It's that the process never seemed to answer the core question. Did I actually receive what I paid for? For the amount involved, I expected a dispute process that thoroughly determined whether I received the product. I hope the platform improves that process so products actually have to be delivered, not just shown to exist.

Refunds do not find their way to my card. I have to call Amex to challenge a transaction to make it happen. The vendor, Honeypacks.com, has me on a subscription I didn’t ask for. The phone number at Whop goes to a machine that gives you instructions that don’t work to cancel an order. It’s been a nightmare. I’m blocking all access to my card from Whop. I’d avoid if I were you.

WAGERIQ scammed me and took my money they never answered. Please don’t fall for it. I tried to talk with customer support but they never answered.

I used to be active in this app or quite some time I called out scammers and beggars, and my ability to be part of that community was banned indefinitely. They didn’t ban my account. I had screenshots back up everything and it meant nothing to them at the end of the day, it’s just not worth it. This is just a whole for scammers and for the time being I have no intention of ever coming back. Please be aware of the scammers that are in this app. The people who own this company are only after your money they’re not after helping people.

Whop is very bias and does not advocate for customers. Don’t purchase the day pass from Certified picks which on telegram is Alexbetj He will give you picks that lose time after time. And when you question AlexBetJ about it, he ignores your message. Then he tries to promote a vip telegram group. I have so many screenshots of him promising me winning slips but they i have lost 6 straight slips with him. I have provided so many screenshots to Whop but they dont care and take sides with him because they get a percentage from his day passes. Horrible customer service from Whop and horrible bets and Certified picks. Lying and manipulating customers. I spend $160 and $318 for day passes and nothing won. Whop does not care about this creator doing this everybody.

DONT GET THIS APP!! I got it thinking it would be good for me but when i “cancelled” my membership they kept taking money from me and when i tried contacting customer support its only AI no actual people so dont get this app unless you want $25 coming out of your account every week for something you dont use!!

I have worked very hard and earned some money and when that money came in my whop account they just banned me without any reason and now their chat support also not responding me at all it’s more than a day. I want my account back at any cost.

They have charged me 4 months for the service I have never used and they need the refund case and appeal a scammer platform for the scammers

I get that AI is useful sometimes but you really should have actual customer support beyond AI chat help because it’s frustrating going back and forth with a bot trying to explain an issue and the bot can’t understand, and also can’t offer any insight to the issue I’m having. I asked the bot support why I received an email saying that I was being charged for my subscription, when my subscription was canceled, I sent the bot a screenshot of the account that shows the subscription is canceled, and the bot just explained what the email meant. The bot couldn’t understand that the email is the issue, because I shouldn’t have received it with the subscription being canceled. And there was no way to contact a human. But a human would have understood.

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot some issues and there is no one that has been able to help me. Now I can’t even get access to my own money.

I asked for a phone call received. Nothing back now. My account is locked. I don’t understand and I don’t know how to get a hold of anybody to find out why my account is locked.

I used whop and was scammed out of money for a fake product that did not work. When i asked for a refund whop sided with the creator and did not look at any of my evidence. I believe they have AI make decisions on their cases because i was clearly and obviously scammed out of money.

worst experience ever, i just logged in to the application and it just suspended me out of no where, tried contacting support but literally all there was was an AI that really didnt help at all, and once i requested to speak with someone real nothing happened
