Tried over an hour to get rid of a snap so I can get back to my game. I finally downloaded it.. Because I didn’t wanna play that game but wanted to go back to the it went through the same thing all over again, so I clicked on app support – – guess what? Same thing I could never get back to my game I could never get rid of this ad - it is intrusive,

I liked the games but then discovered they were charging me $13 per month! Definitely not worth that much money. Disappointing to see those expenses hit my account. Buyer beware.

I cancelled this service two weeks ago in the app. Today I was notified by PayPal that they charged my account another $13.31! I want that money back! There is no contact info on the app account. I had deleted my app after I cancelled. How do I get this money back?

The IQ test was fun, but escaping the $12.99/week subscription was the REAL intelligence test! 😂 I took the test through a Facebook ad, NOT the App Store. I thought I paid $0.99 for my results, only to discover I’d started a 3-day trial that auto-renewed at $12.99/week. Because it was purchased through the website using Apple Pay, it didn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions. I had to contact the company directly to cancel, which they did promptly. Read that fine print!

I was wondering if you can tell me how I can cancel my subscription and not being charged again. Thanks

Paid .99 for results I never got

Very difficult to cancel subscription. I will be reporting the trade practices to the proper Internet trade agencies, department of commerce, FBI internet Fraud Division and DOJ

I went through a test in the add and they promised my result for a 1$ than after payment they said I’m subscribed and didn’t give any result - pure waste
