Plant App: Plant Identifier

so the app might be ok But i asked to get info of what possibly is happening with my tree and all i got was standard info about my tree. even when asking about diseases. But besides this i think its obscene they want to charge $60 a month. SERIOUSLY!?

I have three varieties of apples that came with the property and the ap says they’re all the same variety what a crock of hooey

This app told me the leaves of a calla Lilly plant I propagated were a lucky bamboo plant.. sooo wrong.. so lucky I discontinued the subscription..

I thought I was paying $24.99 for the year. I have been charged for 3 months straight and I still have never been able to access the app.

I was looking for an app that would identify unhealthy plants diagnosis, and treatment by taking a photo. I thought that that’s what I saw with this particular app, but it does not perform that function.

Not sure if they are just trying to make you pay, but I’ve tried to scan 4 different things and it comes up something that doesn’t even look close to what I scanned. And everything is poisonous apparently

Not happy

I ended up paying $9.99 weekly for over a month because I didn’t realize that I had signed up for a subscription. I know that’s somewhat on me but also, it was very easy to miss for this app specifically.

Most of my attempted plant identifications come back with nothing. Not to mention I have an issue recovering my account every time there’s a big update. I’ve lost all my saved plants multiple times.

I purchased this app to help with my plants in their needs and it can’t even identify my plant let alone tell me what’s wrong with it. 🫩

The trial was confusing and it signed me up for something I did not want. When I tried to open the app it said it was down for maintenance. I do not want to be subscribed to anything that does not work when I downloaded. Please remove me and do not charge me for an app that did not work

May be a fine app but it’s advertised as free. Yes, for 3 days then there is a weekly fee. False marketing!

Cannot identify plants nor can identify diseases

I took three pictures of the same tree and it gave me three different names. This app is garbage.

Your website is very difficult to navigate… One of the things that works for me is taking a photo of my plant… Even that has not been working… Says they’re having difficulty… I didn’t Pay to sign up and then have such a difficulty… It’s just not clear enough.

This sucks!! Can’t even use the app because of “high volume” or some excuse for not being diligent of the product.
