Align: The Human Design App

I really used to love this app and the user experience used to not feel as cluttered and chaotic. Why is the AI sounding voice on the app always trying to talk to me now? Why are the transcriptions so sloppily added. The whole app feels like it lost its human touch. Yall really had something special and I hope you go back !

Pleaseeeeee return the app to a more simplified version, this new update is very confusing and hard to navigate and too digital meta-crazy vibes. I really prefer a simpler and more elegant design for the magic that this app has to share. There is way too many pop up type things to click on individually that make this app almost unusable from a basic standpoint. I hate it and will not renew if it isn’t fixed

Used to love this app. It was so easy to understand HD & the chart. The readings are great. However, they’ve had a lot of updates lately that have affected my experience with it. All audio. No more stand alone reading chart. If you want to read, you HAVE to listen to the resource. A few new features really feel unnecessary (my decisions: a chart to help make decisions?, ask Jenna ai: I don’t need something in-app that is ai when I will already take it to the platforms I used to help actually make decisions & decipher information). Not sure I want to continue my subscription. It’s all just a little messy & the audio-only isn’t really my style.

I just paid for access on 8/2 and now the app is fully AI and it’s making me pay again. No option to read it’s forcing you to listen to someone read it to you. Worst decision ever

Disappointed that I no longer have any access to the people I’ve added without paying for a membership.

I used to love this app. It was $5 a month and provided so much value and was light mode during the day and night mode at night. Now it’s just dark mode. It’s significantly less user friendly and I just noticed it updated today and is awful! The mode is even darker, I can’t even see my own design that well. Everything is changed around and the main reason for this one star review is I’ve tried to contact a human about how to change it to light mode several times with no answer so maybe a terrible review will get their attention? Also I’m paying double what I used to pay and I can’t see a thing.

this is a useless app. this is a website course turned into an app. you can’t do or see anything without the subscription and the social/journaling features feel like tacked-on additions. this is a useless app.

You used to be able to see your bodygraph with the free version but now you can’t see ANYthing on the free version. Yeah you need to make money but it made sense that you could access that before, and then your daily tips, etc would be paid. Now I just will find another app instead of upgrade.

Disappointed I’m a huge fan of Jenna Zoe. I’ve bought her books and gifted her books and was using the app regularly. I purchased the subscription and had it for 3 days before being unable to access the app any longer. My PW didn’t save and the error to get back in for last 4 hours is TSL error. I’ve tried on phone and laptop and nothing. Can’t get the email to reset PW and try again that way. All data indicating deleted when attempted to resolve the app glitch but deleting and redownloading from App Store

Can’t even view your own human design chart for free anymore. So desperate and lame. And AI SUCKS

I’ve had this app for a while now and I’ve always been able to screenshot in the past. I just went to put something into ChatGpt for it to analyze a comparison for me and my screenshots are blank and it won’t let me screen record for my own personal use. How very lame for an app I pay for. I won’t be any longer.

This used to be my favorite HD app. Over time it’s gotten so slow to the point of being unusable. It focuses more on adding narration over improving usability, which I do like, just not enough to justify the slow loading times between every interaction.

This app used to be so useful and easy to read. Now they switched out the text with a transcript that no one has bothered to edit. It doesn’t make sense and is just a big block of text with no punctuation and no easy way to find the information you need. This especially annoying when you’re trying to do someone else’s chart and share information with them. Please fix this!

This app is the scam of the century!! Don’t get it!!

This app was recommended when I did an online search for a HD app. The layout and colors are nice. I think the information would be great but you need the premium subscription to access almost everything. There is very little free content. I deleted my account and the app.

The latest update made the app unnecessarily clunky and hard to use. What was once simple and valuable now feels frustrating. I’m canceling as a result.

Wish I didn’t update. I am sure it will all be fixed, but where are the tips and it says “Tip of the Days” with nothing. Just my 2 cents that it is not better than it was before. It was so clear and easy to navigate!

Really love this app over the years but the bugs keep happening.

It’s a nice app, but when you can’t log in, it’s worthless. I lost my phone, got a new one and was required to log into many apps again. This app was the only one I was unable to log into. “Failed. Wrong credentials” or “selected email is invalid” were the prompts. Connecting with a person to assist me was elusive. I’m out.

Jenna explains human design in my absolute favorite way possible. It’s relatable and wonderful. Unfortunately the backgrounds are light and have white text on them, which makes the excellent content nearly impossible to read. At least have the option to just have white on black or black on white!

The audio with script is really poorly presented. Apparently no one has gone through and actually checked to be sure that the transcript actually makes sense and matches the audio. I have found numerous errors between transcript and audio in mine. I also don’t like that the font is too light to read, and that I have no options on how fast or slow the audio plays. I’d actually prefer to turn it off completely, but there’s no option for that. I don’t feel that the recent updates have improved the app. In fact, I’m probably going to search for a new one because I dislike the changes so much.

Most apps give you a trial to see if it’s worth the $, but not this app. The free version gives nothing. I don’t mind paying for an app that’s giving me valuable information, but I literally can’t tell if this app will provide that because it’s so limited. Wish they offered a trial.

I would be careful in downloading this app and giving it your information. I used this a few months ago and just got my Experian report stating my information was exposed to the dark web from this app.

The app will take all of your most personal information, name, email, birth date, time, and location, and even your face, before telling you that it is essentially useless unless you shell out $$$. Which, okay, I expected better of an app like this, but you need to provide people with a way to delete that data if you’re going to hoodwink them like that. I still feel gross about it. I guess if you only want to see a sentence and a half of semi-useful information, and you love questionable marketing tactics, this app is for you!

Really nice to have as an in your pocket resource. I think the decision maker tool is brilliant and use it frequently. That being said, much of the audio content is a verbatim recitation of her book, and the updates and content are littered with typos that are frankly a bit lazy and could be avoided with a 2-second AI proofreading tool. Both these factors make this app feel like a cash grab. I’m using it for now but plan to move on to other resources, unless the quality and content improves and becomes varied enough to justify a $6/mo. subscription.
