I would have given a zero start if I could. Basically no customer support. They just keep charging you and make the cancellation so hard so you give up.

I was told I was going to get a free trial. Instead they charged me 79.99$ I do not have. I am only 16 years old and now I am scrambling trying to find a way to pay this so that my card doesn’t get locked. This is so misleading and frustrating. Do not believe in the “free trial” bs and do not agree to the terms of service because there’s some shady stuff in there.

I’m so disappointed. I just worked out for 45 and it was supposed burn 108 calories but it said I only burned 5 cal! That’s bs!!!! And now it’s automatically recorded to my Lose It app and I can’t change it! 😪

First off I haven’t gotten one of the work out that got me to do the trail! Then they charged me 40!!! Without my consent!! Can we say better business bureau!!

Just noticed this charge on my account and I want to cancel. I tried to cancel via the app and it wanted to charge me again. Please cancel my subscription I am very unhappy.

This was advertised through Instagram. I signed up and it said it would be through the App Store and it never was properly charged through the App Store. I had charges and foreign transactions fees. The app does not allow you to cancel the membership it only allows you to pause it. Be careful.

This app is NOT a fun game like they’ve advertised!!! Lots of sneaky charges and subscriptions. Buggy. Doesn’t even give you what you need to succeed. FKING WASTE OF MONEY

False Advertisement!! I just watched 2 different ads that claim it’s free but when you click on the links, it takes you to the same series of questions. Then after they get you to put your email address in, they show you your “Personalized Plan” and several different choices of how much you want to pay. None of them say free! I screen recorded the false advertising and took screenshots to prove my claims!! I’m tired of the tricks and scams just to get people to click on their links.

Videos are sped up & looped, It’s hard to mimic what they’re doing because of this sometimes. The app completely forgot my goal, the plans are awful. I wanted to lose 10 lbs by September, I started in July. I’m 166. Most plans are 28 days long which is terrible. I’ve finished two plans, the ones that were 7 days long, I gained 3 pounds and after choosing the personal plan option they chose a plan for me that’s nearly 6 months long. 6 months to loose 10 lbs. What a joke. I even paid for the subscription. Save your bucks.

They are no longer providing phone support; makes cancellation more difficult. Also, once you’re past a couple of weeks the sessions begin to repeat themselves; it gives you the same 3 exercises 3 times in a session and does this repeatedly.

This app is advertised as being free, but it’s not. I can’t get past the opening screen without buying a subscription. I’m not complaining that I can’t access premium content for free. I’m saying I can’t access any content without a subscription. I get to the page to subscribe, and I can’t get any further without paying.

Made for the neuro-typical (low IQs) Why do I have to have some kind of body/mind problem or Weight issue to want to keep fit?! The third question in was asking about body type. I am intelligent and take care of my health - properly! If more Americans were educated properly they’d see their allergies, weakness in DNA etc and never be able to categorize in the (ONLY) three options they offer: They expect you to either be having a hard time getting away, losing weight or built tone. All responses are negative and designed for people who have issues. If one takes care of you should be gaining weight when you eat the proper food and losing weight by restricting proper foods. Sleep. Exercise. Laugh. It’s really that freaking simple people! PUT DOWN the BLEACHED FLOUR, peanut butter, eggs, sugar… It REALLY is simple! 🙄 “Y’all” obviously have the internet - EDUCATE! America’s so sick mentally and physically.

Must purchase plan to use app!

I have seen ads everywhere saying it a free app. Think it was going to be easy. Honestly just need a supscription to the gym around you. They want you to pay for a “free questionnaire” after that you need a 7 day subscription and then normal price to keep it Thank you but HELL NO!!!!

I hate when apps lie. Take you through extensive questions just for click bait.

This app is the biggest scam possible. Stay away from it.

The advertisements for this app are misleading. It requires a paid subscription even for the first week. It is not a game and the exercises do not resemble what is in the ads. It also tries to sell expensive meal plans and more. Don’t do it.

Having to pay for a work out app when I can go to a gym for free, no thank you!

I have had this app for over 2 years. When I first got it, it was a lot better and there wasn’t all of this pay for play. I initially liked it because it was on my own time. Now with all the ridiculous upgrades you have to pay for everything. There should be a better system especially for loyal participants.

Advertising says that it is completely free but once you go through and do the test it’s not free at all

Shocker that my last review isn’t shown. This is just AI slop and the “developers” should probably start actually using the app instead of having users pay money to be alpha testers. Today the “trainer” was missing an arm and then also levitating later. Tons of exercises have zero continuity in camera angle switching and pace. The integration with Apple Watch sucks as it gets stuck and doesn’t update the heart rate, and mostly resets the kcals burned. Most of my workouts that claim 200-300 kcals report 11-40 from my watch. I’m kicking myself that I bought a year subscription because a friend had it. Should have stuck with the other AI program that appeared to be tested better. Every workout just makes me angry.

I had a free trial with them and it said i could cancel anytime for FREE. i canceled days the trial was over. SO now they’re trying to charge me $20
