After playing this game for a few days I decided to withdraw $1 just to make sure it would allow withdrawals. It did go straight to my bank account. But now after racking up I nice little sum I decided to withdraw the full amount only to get a response that I was not able to do so and that I supposedly received an email from the compliance department. Which I did not. I have reached out numerous times both in the app through customer support and by email and still have not received a response. I guess this game is just a scam

Why when I pay $2 monthly makes no sense. Was $1 a day on ads and now it’s much less

I was enjoying the app until they decreased the delivery cards cash back from 10% to 4%. I might as well use my regular CC to get the cash back benefits besides the app. Very disappointed because it was without warning too. Please be more transparent with users and don’t decrease the cash back by over half.

Play games and get rewarded, easy enough right? Wasted so much time to earn $20 bucks and when I contacted support with photos I get unfortunately we can’t do anything! Thanks a lot y’all :(

Note to the developer, your latest update of the app has stopped the daily wheel spin from actually visually spinning. It makes the noise that it has always made when it’s supposed to be spinning, but the animation is dead on arrival.

I left a review on August 20th and got a developer response today. It was full of the deliberate refusal to acknowledge that I and MANY others have been scammed that I have come to expect. Read the other developer responses to negative reviews to see how little they care to deal with their obvious issues. I’m getting to my next cashout and deleting this garbage app. It’s not worth my time.

The app for basic spin and earning is fine. Unfortunately, don’t bother with the games. You can follow all of their rules and yet their tech team will be unable to determine if you completed the games through their app. They send you a list of requirements so you can ensure this doesn’t happen again, but it happens every single time. They don’t want to pay out, but want to keep your data. Additionally, you send screenshots and they tell you to wait 7 days, so you wait and they ask for screenshots again to only say they cannot confirm.

App has been constantly downgrading and losing features now you will make less than before and the daily spin wheel is nerfed I’m constantly getting a 1 everytime

Do not waste your time downloading and signing up it’s going to say they can’t verify you

As soon as I entered my phone number, the app claimed that it “can’t verify my identity and therefore an account can’t be offered.” Tried re-registering and it refused to give any explanation whatsoever.

I don’t think this app works anymore . Entered a referral code and it accepted but did not issue me my credits. Completed a few offers and did not receive credit. Reached out to support no response. Don’t use it! Trust me! It’s a waste of time!

every game you download to earn money crashes

I am and have been a loyal member of this app for a few years. With the default membership and then bumping up to the Bridge+ that charges $2/week for more features and ways to earn more. For a time I was but the two offerings of surveys TapJoy and More Surveys was removed. I think for some Gold surveys may earn well if you are a certain age category. Mine only shows pennies and when I say this I mean 9 cents for 5 minutes for example. Refreshing the screen gave 1 with 31 cents that said initially I am 90% qualified but then a minute in said no I’m not. I have to justify the $2/week charge and I’m not even breaking even. Lately I thought with the plus plan the daily spin would give more than 1 cent but actually the highest I got once was 9 cents.

I have a streak of 132 days and still never got the 1000 coins. The most I’ll get is 3 coins.

The best ways to earn have been removed from the app. Games are never updated. I never qualify for gold surveys and they are very meager when i do. I had to cancel my membership, it's unfortunate because i loved this app. If they brought back the other surveys i might renew again.

In the past couple of days they have removed 2 big ways to earn: TapResearch Surveys & Rent Rewards… They now have “Gold Surveys” which doesn’t seem to add up to a lot AT ALL!!! I have been a loyal member of this app for years even paying for their Plus subscription but not it doesn’t seem worth it!! I hope they can prove me wrong or I’ll be deleting for good.

I used to love this app, I’ve had it about 3 years. I’ve noticed the last few months, I don’t get coins on purchases from my bank account anymore. The only coins I get is the daily spin and scanning receipts. Once I get to 1000 I will cash out and probably delete it.

Not sending me a verification code to login. Very frustrating

I tried to cash out my first $10, and nothing. Took my coins, but no money. Not worth your time.

So I’ve been trying to change my email address on the app because I put in the wrong one. It doesn’t let me change it. Also, I have reached out via email multiple times about it and never received a response. I’m very frustrated with this app!

Offers don’t work. Even with tracking allowed, some want you to have the app installed, but it doesn’t say that at first. Some want you to open the browser, but they haven’t been working at all.
