Says free version gets unlimited routes, but keeps asking me to upgrade

At first it was an awesome app now they want to charge for you to use it like what I’ve been using it for 2 months and now yall want to charge

App was free and good but that changed and not worth the $80 per year price tag

Cannot start a route in free version

The title says it all, you can’t pay for the App because the geniuses at apple can’t figure out how to resize the keyboard. Looks apple owes you some money for lost subscribers.

This app was supposed to save me time and did not. It had me bouncing around from one neighborhood to the next. Homes that needed to be delivered on the driver side, ended up on the passenger side. It is not a great app for Newspaper carriers. I did like the way I could make sure I delivered successfully by a push of a button

Getting a service error when routing 52000

I thought circuit was bad BUT somehow those app is WORSE. no concept of right hand delivery. It insists on going too the last stop FIRST! And does this ALL DAY LONG. I had 200 stops and had to keep rezooming back to my location to choose next stop!!! AWFUL SO BAD fort my last 40 stops I rentered in circuit to complete the route

Description of app says you can optimize an unlimited number of routes with up to 20 stops per route with all features enabled in the free version. This is false. I was able to add 20 stops, but when I tried to optimize it forces you to subscribe or sign up for a 7 day free trial.

If you are only interested in purchasing this for a month and then canceling - it won’t let you! I purchased a monthly plan and when I canceled after 2 weeks it charged me for the YEAR! And Apple care was GARBAGE! The app won’t deal with refund issues and Apple “Care” via messaging rejected a refund for me twice. When I called and spoke to a person they said that because the “system” (as if it was g-d) has said no twice via message, even if it makes sense to refund me, they can’t. NOT okay.

When you need the app and all you get is, “we need a little more time” as a result of trying to optimize your route, that just isn’t going to work.

So this app works really well, but then during my busy time, I had went over :0 and paid for it. Now that my busy time has slowed down, I am less than 20 stops, it will no longer give me a free version.

This app was once super useful, now you can’t add more than a couple stops before they demand a subscription. You can do a couple stops yourself quite easily, which makes this app useless. Which is frustrating, it used to be exceptional.

Works when it wants to. For $9.99 a month I want the app to work

I use this app every day because the company I work for doesn’t provide a route planner. I upload the CSV file, and there’s always some address to edit, which is fine. However, when you’re editing, the app randomly shuts down without saving your progress. On top of that, when I plan a route with more than 80 stops, the app goes crazy and sends me through the same street multiple times. But anyway, among route planning apps, this one is one of the less problematic ones.

Searched high and low and needless to say I had some rather longer days because of other apps that just weren’t quite as easy and user friendly. Well worth the $10 a month

Like title says. No thought put into app. I would give suggestions but then I’m putting in more work than whoever made this app so good luck with this garbage if you decide to use it

The latest update reduced the free 20 stop optimization to 15 stops. Unfortunate.

Why does it not automatically go to the next stop on the list? I have to push five buttons sometimes to start gps for the next stop. Spend too much time trying to navigate through this app and less time on my route.

The fact that they clustered the areas together instead of keeping the street names and now you can either find the cross streets without going to the map and scrolling

As of their new update 2/19/24 this app is ruined. You can no longer do anything for free, you used to be able to make an unoptimized route for free. I used to use their optimization, but their optimization wasn’t even of quality, it never took traffic into consideration, and it was always slower routing than Google. Also, I used to be able to select more than one favorite locations at a time so I could make my whole route quite simply but now I have to select each one, and then it bounces you back to the main, and then the select each one again. I sincerely wish there was a way to revert this. This update is terrible and has ruined an app that I used on the daily. Also, why is there no option to have a one time payment this is ridiculous to have to pay a monthly fee. Of course, they have to have a monthly payment for no reason instead of just paying a flat rate.

I was liking the new update but now I can’t enjoy the app without having to pay a monthly or yearly subscription. It was cool to be able to choose to optimize it or not. Now I have to pay. I don’t mind supporting and paying a one time fee but $10 a month or $80 a year!? It used to be free.

Very difficult to navigate. No instructions how to return to a previous rote. Just a mess

Never take one out of order , it deleted everything after that and nothing worked right ‘ horrible app
