Woofz - Puppy and Dog Training

Just spent 30 dollars on the 3 months of training and then got prompted to buy something else for 8 dollars? Girl what. What did I even buy then? Seems a bit scammy at worst, poor UI and bugs with payment at best (still not ideal for an app)

Not sure how they got my credit card info but they charged me three times for what I don’t know.

Cannot delete or get rid of this

You watch ads and see training like police dogs to support a reactive dog’s learning and approach to people. You see ads of people who do the 30 day challenges. Don’t be fooled. All a scam. Yes you can read three short articles on reactive dogs. But there is NO 30 day challenge. Update (10.10.26) they told me to update my review. So here goes. After weeks of showing screenshots of their ads for free printable K9 program to help reactive dogs, I was sent a link to purchase a program for $497. How is that free? I was offered a $100 discount. Again how is that free? So everyone be warned. This is just a SCAM to get your money. And nothing to support or teach your dog/s!

I like it but to much money I am poor

I just purchased this and got the first training and they the written version for an additional $9.99 but when I sign in it won’t let me click on anything and says I need the training manual. If I can’t use this with what I’ve already purchased I want my money back.

We adopted a 7 year old stray that had been in the shelter for 10 months. She is not food or treat motivated. She is very timid and afraid of any loud noise or sudden movement. I hoped Woofz would provide new insights but it is the same old treat/ clicker system that can be found anywhere.

It’s all cartoon and unexpected charges! Awful

I paid $6.93 for the initial subscription and tried to cancel before it renewed. There is no cancellation option in the app or on my logged-in web account, even though Woofz’s own instructions say there should be one. I contacted support before renewal, but they repeatedly claimed they couldn’t find my account—even though the Woofz account clearly shows my email. They failed to cancel it and then attempted to charge me $38.95 twice. Both charges were declined by my bank. Extremely frustrating and unnecessarily difficult cancellation process.

Can’t get in touch with anyone and I’m getting charged for things and I don’t know why, can’t sign in to my account.

Very confusing so far

Can’t get to the basics. Too many purchase this purchase that. Give us the basics we purchased and stop the bait and switch

They will charge when you did not know how much they charge, it’s a ripoff

Actually disappointed

I downloaded the app for what I thought was $15. I didn’t care for it personally as it was redundant info I’ve already learned for free. I deleted the app and didn’t realize that it wasn’t just $15. It’s a monthly subscription too. They charged me $38 a month for quite a while. Yes, this was a dumb mistake on my part for not reading the fine print and checking my statement. So buyer beware! It’s an expensive mistake to make. I paid hundreds for an app that was deleted and not used. Lesson learned.

It’s impossible to speak to a representative. I’m also using support request email. The app takes from my Apple Pay random amounts of money several times a month. $6.00 $10.00 $31.16 $4.00 $38.95 $15.58 and so on. The suport email response is that said there is no account with my email address gave me a ride that takes you to an activate button. I can’t make it stop.

After asking for a cancellation, this company charges me $10, which I asked for a refund. Then they charge me an additional $38.95 after they said they cancelled the charges. I am unable to log into my account to cancel or change anything. Don’t wast your time or money on this app or company.

I signed up via Instagram and never got an email, got overcharged and when I reached out to support got ZERO help. Paid for something I did not receive. Do not be deceived, this is a SCAM.
