Mystro Driver: Drive & Deliver

I’ve been trying to correct the billing issue. App has been trying to charge me twice for the service. How is it possible to have the service twice under the same phone number and account? The app works 50% of the time. It’s full of bugs. I can’t even find a way to reach out to support with them through their own app for my billing issue. I’ve had to escalate this to apple. The app support linked to this under the App Store takes you to a 404, page doesn’t exist…

Esta aplicación solo daño y empeoro mis buenas reseñas y buen historial de Lyft y Uber. No la recomiendo para nada 👎🏻 hoy suspendí la suscripción

So I tried this app today and when I went to sign in with my DoorDash account it says that the account is blocked. Is that because DR already provides us with the information this app provides or is DD purposely blocking us from access the app via our login credentials?

This app does not grab rides any faster than using the actual Uber app. Also, you can’t get support. No one will help you.

Tech support just says the app isn’t CarPlay compatible, but when Mystro Driver is running on my iPhone I cannot control audio volume of anything running on my phone except Guidance volume. No music of alerts, just guidance. It worked normally for the entire time before the recent update. Refund has been requested since the didn’t even acknowledge the bug.

Ever since I signed up with Mystro, I have lost so many good paying rides. I get offers from Uber and Lyft and I accept them immediately and they disappear since I signed up with Mystro last week I’ve lost so much money as a result of using your app so I’m done with you for now get these bugs worked out.

I thankfully used a trial code because I wasn’t going to waste $$ on something I wasn’t sure would work. And glad I did. None of the filters show the slider bars to adjust anything, no matter what I did or tried. Not to mention it breaks often I hear because Uber/Lyft updates all the time. $19 is WAY to much a month a well.

Now won’t auto accept reservations? Seemed to work at first and now missing multiple opportunities

If this is just a bug, it needs to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise the app is useless.

Buggy as hell, uber doesn’t work anymore, offers within your filters get skipped randomly. For an SaaS, you guys are doing a terrible job maintaining it.

I purchased the subscription and everything has worked for about a week. now I have been unlinked from Lyft in the Mystro app, but can still use the Lyft app alone. Uber is still linked and not experiencing any issues. I’m significantly disappointed because paying 18.99 made sense if the app actually worked. I’m giving it two stars simply because it worked well for the week that it did work.

Waste of Money for iPhone Drivers I don’t usually leave reviews, but after wasting my money and watching my earnings drop, I feel like I have to warn other drivers. Before using Mystro, I consistently averaged over $350 per day driving Uber and Lyft. After installing it on my iPhone and trying to trust the app to help me make better decisions, my daily earnings dropped to around $200 per day. That’s not a small difference—that’s over a 40% decrease in income. The biggest issue is reliability. The app constantly throws random error messages, disconnects, or simply doesn’t behave the way it’s supposed to. There were times I wasn’t even sure if it was actually working or if it had silently stopped in the background. When you’re driving for a living, you don’t have time to constantly look at your phone trying to figure out if your third-party app is functioning. The delays are another huge problem. Ride offers don’t always seem to process quickly enough, and every second matters in rideshare. A delay of even a couple of seconds can mean losing the best-paying trip. Instead of making me more efficient, it felt like I was fighting the app all day. I paid for this app expecting it to increase my earnings and reduce stress. Instead, it did the exact opposite. I spent more time troubleshooting than actually driving. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a monthly subscription for something that seems to make your job harder instead of easier. What’s even more disappointing is that the marketing makes it sound like this app is going to optimize your driving and help maximize your income. That may be true for some people, but it absolutely wasn’t my experience. Based on what happened to me, it actually cost me money. I’ve been driving rideshare long enough to know what my normal earnings look like. The only major change I made was adding Mystro, and almost immediately my numbers dropped. Correlation isn’t always causation, but after testing it long enough, I couldn’t justify continuing to use it. I know some drivers have had positive experiences, but if you’re an iPhone user, I’d think twice before spending your money. Read both the positive and negative reviews before subscribing. There are plenty of reports from other drivers describing connection problems, instability, and inconsistent performance, so my experience clearly isn’t unique. (Google Play) For me, the subscription wasn’t an investment—it was an expensive lesson. I canceled my subscription and went back to driving without it. My advice is simple: if your current system is working, don’t assume this app will improve it. In my case, it did the exact opposite. I cannot recommend Mystro to iPhone drivers based on my experience.

The app is not connecting properly. Also it’s affecting UBER rating.

No thanks. Asking for nearly $20 right out of the gate is egotistical, unreasonable, greedy, and stupid. 1 star until this changes.

App didn’t notify me for any offers. Had to answer through delivery apps. Had high hopes, bummer

If the times were correct with the Uber app as far as the payday goes and the pay week starting. I would give this app a Five Star. In its current state it’s not a valuable asset to an Uber Driver. 1-it starts the week midnight Sunday morning, Uber starts the week 4 AM Monday morning, Consecutively each day in this app starts at midnight, Uber starts at 4 AM every single day of the week. The Auto acceptance for reservations only includes X rides, Would be nice to include XL, comfort and XXL In the reservation part. You can see the hourly rate per trip that you’ve done, but again when you go for a daily total or a weekly total the amounts are way off.

I’ve decided to cancel my subscription, due to too much fuss trying to link my Lyft drivers app. Sometimes Mystro cooperates and many times not. Although, I had allowed CarPlay to display Mystro on my dash, it never ever show or is never available; that said when it pings for offers, I have to take the risk at looking at my phone to select the offer WHILE I’M DRIVING on a current offer destination pickup/drop-off. I feel stressed-out each time I open the Mystro app. I’ve contacted their tech support and they’re always “sorry” but can never rectify the issue permanently. I’m ending the relationship AND burning the bridge.

When I try to log in with Lyft, it sends me the code but won't let me proceed; you should update the app so you can connect to Lyft and make the most of that $19 monthly fee.

Wasting time wasting money, nothing special just show you how much is your hour and you can do minimum pay, but anyway you will still get the order from Uber so it doesn’t make any sense

Está muy bien la app pero tienen que arreglar todos los errores que tienen falla mucho a la hora de cargar las cosas y Lyft falla al ver los viajes programados

Today’s update broke this app again. Lyft will lose its link after about 10 minutes. Can’t stand the new audio coming from this app either. No long shows info for trip radar. Gave up trying to use Lyft with this pile. Not worth the money.

Got this app off a referral was supposed to have a two week trial which it did not and so far this App has done absolutely nothing. It’s made it harder and almost caused more accidents. I would never use this app or recommend it to anyone it just needs to be deleted and someone needs to figure out how to do it the right way because it doesn’t work it does is not useful so hopefully others can save time and money.

Please change the sound or leave the old one. What is this TNG?

Once you update you won’t hear anymore of the voice talk you will just hear a beep sound which is not noticeable and you actually miss a lot of offers.
