Not working wasted my $50

Please check comments on the Facebook page regards number of people who get stuck with this and unable To log in. Many cases unable to get a refund .

Downloaded the app, connected to my cars app, and literally nothing happened. Pretty worthless.

I tried repeatedly to use this as a digital key. It never worked and was a waste of money. Don’t waste your $$$

Wtf This app shows me having access to 4 vehicles that I do not own. 2 are over seas. The safety of this app is a -10.

Sucks

Had me do a review before I could even see if the app works or if I have to pay a subscription for the app. The app is 1 star worthy right now.

If I could rate 0 stars I ABSOLUETLY would! I normally don’t rate apps but this is ridiculous. I locked my keys in my car in the middle of the night at a gas station an hour from home. The situation was my fault but I tried to find a coat effective and quick solution. I read the reviews on the app and the description and downloaded it. I MADE SURE MY CAR WAS COMPATIBLE before spending money on the subscription to use the service I actually needed since unlocking/locking is not included in the free part of the app. I followed all the instructions and NOTHING! I tried multiple times, tried to find help from customer service and got nothing from nobody. I ended up paying a stranger $100 to help me! Gas is too high for that! I reached out via email for at least a refund on a service I couldn’t use and have gotten ignored! Someone needs to make this right!

This app works with certain cars. I paid for the subscription only to find out that my car is not supported! Very disappointing.

Absolute scam I paid the $49.99. My car does not connect properly. I’ve emailed several times with no response back. This app does absolutely nothing all you’re doing is giving these people money for no service.

Do not buy this app it is not connected to Kia and does. Nothing for your car Kia does not recognize this app and warn customers against this I have yet to get my$50 back

I have had issues with this app since i installed it back in july. Now i have paid for a 1 year subscription and i still cant get it to work.

I can not even tell you if this app works or not. After paying $49.99, once I listed my car as a Hyundai, the app said I needed to sign up with Hyundai to continue and gave me a link. The link was to a Korean app that does not have English as an option. I cannot create an account without knowing the language which leaves me stranded with no way out. Ugh. What a scam!!! Don’t buy, especially if your car is from a foreign automaker!
