This app glitches when I try to put in numbers. It resets. Lags glitches idk??? Just everytime I need to make sure the RIGHT NUMBER IS ADDED WTH then I accidentally close the app and the whole workout LOST, everything I put in ALL OF IT, no numbers, no time, then I go theough and I did my workout in 1 minute! SURE. Maybe do something about this?? What am I paying for?!

The app itself is very user friendly. My issue lies with the customer service and no-refund policy. Unfortunately, this tainted my view on the entirety of the app.

I love the Alive app I use it a lot back in 2024. But I cancelled my account in January and kept getting charged for months. They claim they can’t do any refunds which just seems like a money grab to me. Very disappointed.

Like the title says, they don’t care about you. They just care about their “policies” on their site and getting as much money as possible. Cancelled my membership right before the free trial ended and have now been charged two months in a row. Thankful for my CC company recognizing it as a scam. Beware!

I had a very frustrating experience with the app. Contacting support was not helpful. Unfortunately, terms and conditions will trump customer satisfaction every time!

Why can’t I cancel? I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to cancel? If I get charged I will be disputing. And you can’t even contact anybody? What a sloppy app!!!

Having a very difficult time canceling this subscription

I like the programs and the workouts however when I go in later in the week it shows that I did rest days on everyday when I didn’t. I made to complete the workout and everything but then I goes away. It says I haven’t done any workouts in the 3 weeks I’ve been doing the program.

Simple and efficient interface. Workouts however are very basic and not fitting for someone experienced. No variation in workouts. No actual coaching. Wish I could get a refund

This app freaking suck so much literally it says that you don’t have to pay it only says you have to pay for premium so when I downloaded it I was so excited to finally get a work out app for free then I hit in a signed up and then I tried to start a work out and it didn’t let me access any workouts and then I tried to like find a free one there one no free ones and when I tried anything else and like the journal or the other stuff it said you have to become a premium member and pay either a $114 thing each year or $14.99 a month all in all this app sucks

app is nice but they keep taking your money even when you cancel the subscription

the app is advertised as a free app with some in app purchases which is understandable. but i got on there today and tried start a work out for the first time. anytime i hit a button of any of the plan or just day of work outs with oficia areas it asked me to buy premium. i do not recommend this app if you are trying to have a simple free work out for free i would rather use youtube. now im left scrambling to find a work out 👎👎👎

It seems like nothing is free, there is a seven day free trial. But in those seven days you better spam every workout you want other whose you have to pay like 14 a month.

Joined back in 2020 when the app was released and signed up. To this day - 1/21/2026 am still having charges attempted to my card. NO customer service what-so-ever. I have not had any concerns or issues that I have reported listened to. I do not use this app, and used it for maybe one month 5 years ago and stopped… WHY am I still being charged when I changed my card multiple times and did NOT authorize a charge. I cancelled services in 2020. 5 years of charging someone who does not log into the app should be reviewed… CLEAN UP YOUR SYSTEM.

I signed up via the website for a 7 day trial. It’s been a nightmare to cancel ever since. Asking if I signed up on the app OR online OR via apple. Why is the signup different for each platform?! Why can’t I access my Scooby through the app if I sign up on the website using the same credentials?! Why can’t I cancel on the app??? I was already charged for the year and now I’m being told to transfer my account from one platform to another before I’m charged AGAIN FOR THE YEAR?! What?!!

It’s okay so far. A lot of it is repetitive. And i hate how it logs old work outs - I’ll complete one and then the day passes and it logs it as a rest day instead of documenting the day i did. And there’s no flexibility to switch days around. Yesterday i was sore so i took a rest day and wanted to do upper body today. I thought i could just click on the work out from the day prior. Nope, it’s locked as a rest day and I’ve lost access to that work out. Pretty annoying considering the price. I won’t renew.

So nothing is wrong with the app but I just don’t like the fact that it makes you wait like 30 mins to log in wit your number

No workouts you can’t find online. Programs with upper and lower body days have no integrated core workouts. “Legs get it program” has no half or stability exercises. I tried to cancel my subscription and was charged after cancelling. When I reached out for more info their AI bot told me to contact Apple. Don’t bother with this one.

I cannot join any programs i just keep getting an error message for EVERY PROGRAM very obnoxious

I have used this app in the past and redownloaded when they had a new years special advertising 11.99/month. I obviously thought that would roll over each month of this year as it is a recurring charge. No, it went up to 16.99/month soon after. So I have now spent-until I cancelled today- $20 extra this year on this app. I expect women-owned apps to not do the same thing other apps do.

truly waste $ no wonder lacks a "trial" period

I subscribed to the 7-day free trial. Checked out the app and decided it wasn’t something I would use. Went to cancel and still got charged $14.00. This happened the last time I downloaded this app too. Want my money back, stop misleading people with the free trial.

Let me start by saying I love the workouts. The app on the other hand… I get kicked out pretty much every workout and come back in to the app to all my progress erased. On top of that. It recently decided to say in the app that I don’t have a subscription, but when I check online via the website it is charging me. It’s the same account, I’ve tried everything and they just aren’t syncing.

Love it but I didn’t know you had to pay to workout and get in shape I mean why do you have to pay for something that you want to do what if people can’t afford and want to work out and heard of your app but can’t use it cause it cost money
