Keeps trying to get me to buy and says error 400 or 401 message when I do anything but pay them

I bought my shoes from the Nike store and I show them on here and then it has. The audacity to say it fake even tho is from Nike. Like does check check even work?

Tried the free trial… thankfully I didn’t purchase. It wasn’t able to authenticate anything. Kept requesting more photos after 2 separate uploads. I uploaded almost 20 photos of purses inside & out. There were no other photos I could have even uploaded. 👎🏻

They’re the cheapest around. But they come up with dumb excuses as to why they can’t authenticate and need “more photos”. You can upload the clearest, most pristine pictures and they’ll hit you back with a “need X picture. X was missing/unreadable/damaged/blurry/etc”. They’ll do this multiple times until they hit you with a “couldn’t authenticate”. They’re also wishy washy. I’ve had some come out as “not pass” and re do them and come out as “pass”. I don’t think it’s an actual person. I think they use AI or a digital database to compare things to and just say, oh X person authenticated your shoes. It’s inconsistent.

all this app wants is to make you subscribe to their subscriptions it doesn’t let me out of the subscriptions page dont even bother with this app its horrible

Signed of for the free trail but for some reason the app keeps trying to get me to subscribe again but shows I’m already subscribing keeps glitching between 2 screens can’t even use the app

I purchased the premium membership through them twice yet have not gotten anything benefits of it. Contacted them through via email and they just told they didn’t see me as a member and to contact apple for a refund.

I have a vintage Dior Columbus bag that I tried to have authenticated but despite uploading really good photos in great lighting they were unable to authenticate. I paid $30 for the fastest service and I can’t get my money back so I’m pretty annoyed about it.

I had a pair of nike air force 1 from shein and they came out legit 🤔

They make you pay to determine authenticity and then claim item did not pass and direct you to bring product in for physical evaluation. They are just scamming consumers out of money.

I USED IT TO CHECK A PAIR OF TRAVIS SCOTT JORDAN 1 LOW REVERSE MOCHAS AND IT SAID THEY WERE REAL AND LATER WHEN I WENT TO SELL THEM ONTO EBAY THEY SAID THEY WERE FAKE. NOT CREDIBLE AT ALL THIS IS COMING FROM A REAL CUSTOMER WHO JUST GOT SCREWED $200 BECAUSE IT IS SAYING ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED MYSELF FROM THE ACTUAL LOUIS VUITTON STORE ARE FAKE. I submitted a check that i needed quickly so i paid for the fastest option. I submitted all pictures asked for and was asked for more .The app glitched and didn’t allow me to submit the second set of pictures . I updated the app restarted my phone I tried everything. I was stuck like this for 2 days before i just used another app. I emailed to reach out for a refund and have gotten no response for 3 months . Ive followed up numerous times. So now i am out if $30 with no resolution in sight.

I downloaded the app in order to get help with a purchase I made to see if they were authentic or not. I was offered a week free trial. After submitting FOR FREE pictures to upload for them to view, they charged my card the 24.99! I’m absolutely livid and submitted a dispute with my bank! I absolutely do NOT recommend this app as they do not stand by their “free week trial” offer!

You send the exact pictures they ask for and they want more you send more then they want the same ones again lol

I paid to have a pair of Jordans authenticated. I already knew for a fact they are fake. I paid for 15 minute response. (A sliding scale for response is ridiculous) within 2 minutes CHECK CHECK assured me my FAKE JORDANS were 100% real!! lol what a joke.

Only reason im giving 2 stars and not a 1 is because the app sort of works. What is a scam is i had the FREE WEEKLY PLAN that i purchased on 4-13 and it comes with 4 free bonus checks. My issue is that today the 4-16 i got charged 7.99 for nothing. A week didn’t pass by and i only used 2 free bonus checks there is no reason i should be getting charged out of no where.

This app is a good app but when it comes to camera quality or how pictures are tooken they always put not pass. I baught these shoes from coolkicks and says they didnt pass everyone knows they always sell authentic shoes.

I have submitted several pics for the same shoe and its accepting the photos and it resets and ask me for the same pics I’ve just uploaded.

If I’m using FB or OfferUp and I’m only using the photos they posted how am I supposed to get every picture they want 9 different photos is wild especially if they don’t have a box then you can’t even check and see if it’s real. You gotta fix that make at least be able to check off the photo we have available…..
