I have been using the app since launch. I had encountered an issue in which the app would crash repeatedly when loading after the start screen. If there was a competent customer support team then they were impossible to reach. After repeated emails in which I kept getting the same pre written responses and days of no help they finally acknowledged that the app isn’t compatible with all devices and compatibility isn’t guaranteed. I have an iPhone 13 mini and the latest OS. Finally after days of back and forth with what I can only assume were bots I received no confirmation of there being an issue or that this was something that was going to be resolved or addressed. Highly frustrating experience especially coming from what should be a high quality app.

is it just me feeling like everything requires premium+++

The whole reason I had any use for this app was to take old mons to switch games, and Nintendo has decided break the link of being able to transfer from gen 3 to the switch games. Disappointed I gave money for a subscription service to one of the most profiting corporations just to be slapped with a notice that their service is no longer supporting key features that it originally had as a selling point.

This app is so great for keeping all your pokemon secure in one app, so if your device ever breaks your Pokemon in there will be there still. And I love the trading options it makes trading more manageable. The only complaint is how you can’t really do anything with the Pokemon in there, I don’t want anything too advanced but maybe a few Go-styled interactions would make it more charming. But the missions in there are a real pain when some of them specifically ask for a deposit from a certain game, and since Bank is shutting down soon some of the missions that require pokemon from DS games need to be CHANGED! You shouldn’t require a Pokemon from a SPECIFIC game just to get the sticker and decorations, the Pokemon in general is what should get the sticker instead. And also the trading is absolutely terrible. Everyone asks for the same Pokemon it turns one trade for one Pokemon into literal hours of finding a match.

Impossible trades….people can somehow trade you hacked Pokemon that you cannot trade

Make it at least 60 fps and actually function the same way as the switch home, having features that are version exclusive makes no sense. The 30 fps makes me want to throw up

Why would I have gone through all the effort to Aquire a legendary to send it to Scarvi if I already had it on that game. Now my reshiram is forever stuck in this useless app, absolutely pointless waste of my time and money for the rocket radars

I can’t believe I can’t find out how to get Pokemon

I’ve been trying to use this app for the last month now but it gives me error code 404, no matter how many times I delete and redownload the app on both the switch and this mobile app, but every time it doesn’t work. Don’t bother to reach out to pokemon support either, been waiting for two weeks and still nothing.

Waste of an app what’s the point of transferring Pokémon if you can’t even access it,it won’t allow me to login for some reason and I tried everything and it cannot be fixed. anyone who wants to download the app don’t even bother. It’s a waste of space.😡😤

Makes it extremely difficult to find your pokemon and organize them using the mobile app.

Fix it all the Pokemon I transferred to home are now locked in home unable to even evolve years of playing wasted because of the language millions of long time fans in latin America lost their Pokemon

This is the least intuitive software I’ve ever seen. You shouldn’t have to use google to figure out how it works. Seriously, someone needs to be fired.

You need to add a way for you to log out of your account because I got impatient and log into a guest account and now I have to delete the app and re-download the app and do this whole mess again Just so that I can link my Nintendo account

The GTS is flooded with people putting up trade “requests” for pokemon that are actually impossible combinations of source game / language etc. It’s near impossible to find legitimate trades because every result is asking for a literally impossible pokemon.

So I was so excited that I transferred like 4 shinies from pokemon go and then I realized I have to pay to transfer them to switch, now I did not think about it that much when I realized I CANT SEND THEM BACK TO POKEMON GO now Im stuck here trying to take them back to pokemon go please someone at least let me give them back to my pokemon go account

There are so many hacked/cloned pokemon being traded that it has ruined the entire trading system. The only shiny Pokemon trusted now are from Pokemon Go. The entire integrity and reputation of trading has failed and Pokemon seems to have no idea this is happening.

The app is okay but we gotta be able to transfer pokemon back to pokemon go in this app like a one way transer doesnt seem right to me yk 😬💔

Why can’t you just put ur support id instead of logging in.

This app charges you even if you turn off auto renew. Plus they make you go to a different website to turn off. But they still charge you so what is the point. Game freak is so scummy they been charging me for months for something I don’t even use.

I have pokemon champions and I downloaded this to link them so that I can have a specific team and I don’t have a Nintendo account so I can’t do that and I really wanted to do that team and now I can’t and I have never done a review before so this is new, I am sorry if this is all terrible
