I moved and tried to hook up my camera and it won’t work unless it’s plugged in. I never had this issue when I first got it. Not happy that I may have to buy another one.

Do NOT buy this doorbell camera. Even with local storage they changed it so you can’t see the live feed without a paid plan. And even with the paid plan the settings change to turn morion detection off on its own.

UPDATE 10/8/26: This camera has failed me multiple times. It records nothing of importance such as someone delivering a package but will record the wind blowing or me leaving the house. It does not record me coming home 99.09% of the time or my neighbors kids on my lawn or walking by. I will be replacing this device. The one time I needed the video recording to be right, it failed me. My neighbors package was stolen and she asked me to check my camera. The only video captured was of the delivery. The next recording was of me coming home. There were no other videos of people coming up to either of our houses but there were a few recordings of cars going by or people walking on the opposite side of the street. The video quality is good and the sound is pretty good as well but I need it to record all activity in front of my house.

It’s not keeping a charge

My device is messed up. I paid for my subscription and I was suppose to get a new device sent to me and have not gotten it. Paid for a service and no device.

And my device keeps going on and off. It doesn’t work all the time even though it’s fully charged it don’t record every time the Neighbor that I’ve had problems with that is throwing stuff on my door and just doing stuff to me all the time I had to make a report on him. I can’t even catch half of the stuff that he’s doing on my door because my camera keeps going off and it’s not recording him. I don’t record when he comes out. I don’t record when he comes in. I try to get one of the camera phones to go on my Light 🎀. I haven’t heard anything about that yet. It’s just I’m just really going through a lot and I’m not able to show documentation to the courts of what he’s doing to me because my camera does not work all the time. Thank you.

Stopped sending me notifications… disrespectful

App is lagging and is not currently showing notifications

Ive had the camera and doorbells for approximately 2 years. Initially, i could check the status of movement realtime. That was removed As of this weekend, I now cant get alerts for movement without paying

It doesn’t give me a notification anymore if I have motion or if someone rings the bell. Defeats the entire purpose of having the bell!!

This doorbell is horrible! It never stays connected to your WiFi. You can only purchase ONE type of plan for the cloud. There may be a dire emergency and surveillance is needed. No way, good luck!

This app was never good. It always crashes a lot. U can't even watch live feed for that u have to spend another $30. Moreover now the app isn't even sending me any notifications about any motions.

Good luck even trying to look through the lens of the camera you paid for, even a live view is only included in a subscription tier. What happened to a few months ago to when I could at least see whos at my door? Now you have to pay to utilize ANY feature on the camera YOU OWN.

The camera works on and off. Not all the time. I have been standing directly in front of it and touched it before it started recording. The audio is not good.

But I was disappointed by these cameras they don’t really record like I thought they would and I don’t like that I have to pay $99 just to have a better view and all the perks but if it’s like this with the $23 I can imagine the $99

Long time customer been with company for multiple years and my camera only records 5% of the time and if customer service gets back to me they don’t care all they do is try to get me to buy more items! Which why would I want to buy product when the one I pay for don’t work and I can’t get any help with making it work. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company or products

Can’t even see the camera. It only works when connect with WiFi. Not recommended

WARNING: Stay away from this app! It literally acts like malware/parasite. When my phone connects to my car via Bluetooth, this app occasionally hijacks the audio system and plays random ads right through the car speakers. This is completely unacceptable and intrusive. Deleting this garbage immediately!

Ever since my camera switch to this app, it doesn’t pick up any motion detection. You have to be less than a foot away for it to even work and that’s only if you walk slow.

My camera keeps ring now and them in its owe as if someone is ringing it when I check my door there’s no one there

I can’t see what is going on in front of my door live. I got a 3 day free trial for nothing.
