Lensa AI: Photo Editor

Not to sure what the updates did besides move/remove things I use to use such as change background, pop color, face beauty, remove people etc once you uploaded your images. Where is that? Faster? Doesn’t feel like it! As for the bugs not sure what the issue was seemed like a pretty flawless app. Revert or put those things back.

Why did this auto-charged me???

No longer works with iPhone 18

Will not load anything to edit with new iPhone

For some reason, it’s not loading anything for me and I can’t reach out to find someone to help.

App doesn’t work with iOS 27/iphone 18 pro max. No response from support team either.

Infinitely scans images and never actually loads in to be able to edit photos. I pay for this service and that’s just unacceptable. The app is unusable in its current state.

Приложение позиционирует , что даже без подписки можно обрабатывать 1 фото в день , почему его нельзя сохранить и дайте пожалуйста обратную связь по этому вопросу !

The app will not process a photo after upgrading from IPhone Max Pro 15 to IPhone 18 Max Pro.

I have been trying to use the device with my new phone and new iOS and it’s not working. It continues to get stuck while trying to bring up the AI tools. When I submit a ticket I get nothing back. Really frustrating because I love the app.

Bad, doesn’t do much and if you forgot to cancel they charge your after the 7 day trail.

I need to increase the file resolution/size for printing a large jpg image. However, this actually DECREASED the resolution/size. May be a user issue, but I couldn’t find a way to accomplish what I was hoping this app would do.

Make this app better by being inclusive of all people PLEASE.

Every time I try to use the AI effects, I get the “Something went wrong. You might be offline.” My device is clearly online, but still receive this error message. I pay for the premium subscription and have 500 tokens so I expect the app to work. What is going on?

Not happy you blow up my phone with alerts/texts

Used to be a great free tool for editing photos, now that they’ve removed free features to use like background blurring I feel like I no longer have a use for this app

This WAS my favorite app! But now new interface and push to AI features take away essential editing features such as being able to define subjects and background. What a shame!

Avatars not available and service not available at my region. So maybe I should not pay at my region as well for half of the features? Unsubscribing

Didn’t work as described. Kept putting my dog in s photo with random people not me.

App still crashing when I edit a pic using ai assistant I use to love this app please fix it 😩

No response from anyone involved with it! Go ahead, take my money and everyone else’s from an app that won’t work and is basically useless! Refund please and we can part ways! I’ll even delete my review!

Since the update there has been so many bugs that has literally made using this app impossible for me. I have a premium subscription that I had been happy for years but right now throwing money away quite literally. I’ve been in touch with customer service and even though they responded at first requesting screenshots of which I sent 8, nothing has been fixed. I am not able to copy/ paste edits, I am not able to bulk save because it doesn’t download edits and many other bugs. I have no idea who approved this update but the fact that this was pushed is absolutely insane. And no help at all in fixing this.

I have used this app for years even paying for it. Recently i have been very disappointed. The filters that i loved to use are completely gone along with other features. Now i had to delete it cause i would use filters and go to save and it kicks me off without saving. Why “fix” something that wasn’t broke?

I’m honestly extremely disappointed. I’ve used Lensa for YEARS, FAITHFULLY because they were different from other money hungry apps that make you pay for everything. But, they’ve now turned into another one of them. I think it’s ridiculous that we can’t save the photos we edit FOR FREE like we used to before without having to pay weekly/monthly/yearly. I understand making people for the “advanced editing tools” but that’s not even the case. Even for the “basic” ones, you have to pay to save any photos. I’m just disappointed & I’m contemplating deleting the app altogether.

The app auto quits whenever I use the AI assistant. Has nothing to do with my phone. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Very annoying.
