I downloaded this app so i could see a live map, the app is advertised as having a live map, was i able to see a live map? Nah, just a straight up lie. Get SHOP instead, it’s exactly the same as this but free

I’m trying to track an order that the app says was delivered but I never received my order. The app is full of spam and makes you pay. What kind of app is this? The merchant is a scammer and the app is helping the scammers.

Not only does this app not track packages on a live map(gives me the same information I get from the FedEx app), I was charged $32.99 when it stated the subscription is $12.99. Don’t call for it. You’ve been warned.

When I tried using this app, there was a pop up that wanted me to use the free trial then pay $9.99 a month and obviously I couldn’t afford it but you can’t even use it without it

This came up for a search for ways to track FedEx truck proximity to delivery and it specifically said it can do that. This is just a tracking info display with a ridiculous subscription price attached just to see tracking info that’s already available for free. No idea why this app has more than 1 star. Do not waste your time.

Every place I input my tracking numbers gave me the whereabouts of my package except the one i payed for this app for 2 weeks the status was on pending stay away from this company/app if you have international shipping and there was no place to unsubscribe off the app so they con me in to another week of a pending status should dispute it with my banking because the app literally gave me no info at all wish i could leave screenshots

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS. I canceled during the free trial and somehow they’re still allowed to charge me after the fact. I called apple to correct it and they told me to pay the subscription then request a refund?! Who tf is gonna do that on a weekly basis. $10 a week for a whole lotta nothing is ridiculous.

Very miss leading. Said you could delete subscription in app under settings. Can’t find any way to do so . Only to delete application off phone. But no information to end or cancel subscription. Still trying to do so!

don’t waste your money you shouldn’t have to pay to track a package

This a straight up SCAM.. They ask for a free 3 day trial subscription and then charge you and you are supposed to be able to cancel in settings but every time I try to go to settings the app crashes.. Please cancel this subscription..

Dont really like this app on the website it says it reached united states and is in illinois on the app it says that package may not have been delivered yet

I downloaded the app to track a package, it offered me a 7 day free trial but when I accepted it it charged me $14, there’s no free trial only download if you are okay with paying $12 a week

Doesn’t give you any information just says “ your package may not have been shipped yet” not worth getting this app. I’m deleting it

No one should pay for anything to tracking any packages. I’ve order items from the same company previously and I didn’t have to do any of this before. Now, I can’t track my package unless I download this app AND possibly pay for it. Just think about it. Majority of packages from China don’t get here within a week. So, are you telling me that I have to pay $10.00 a week every week? Are you serious?

Would you like our free trial!?! You just opened the app, how about a free trial!?! Maybe it would be reasonable to issue this prompt once a day, but every time the app is opened is insane. I understand developers need to make money but this free trial prompt after every single app opening is not acceptable.

This gave me the same tracking I got from the tracking link. I want the live tracking because it looked like the package was in the wrong place.

Very upset with the app it says free trail 7 days as soon as you press it they charge you 21 dollars right off the bat and it’s not even what it says on the display

$13/week after your 7 day free trial for a package tracking app that simply does not work. They don’t seem to have any actual connection with any online stores or other shipping services, meaning they have to keep all tracking information incredibly vague and unhelpful. Yet another poorly developed, cheaply made, horribly designed online software from a developer that I can only assume never had any intention of making a functional product.

I tried tracking a package. It seems that I have to get a free trial in order to track the package. What good is this? Would not recommend.
