Used to work exceptionally good not any more with the new update

I bought in to this app, spent $60 and it keeps telling me my login is not tied into where I purchased (thru Apple). Sent multiple emails to support and they bounce back saying non deliverable. Can’t get my money back, so $60 wasted. Totally sad about my stupidity, but I forgive them and hope they need the $60 more than I do. God Bless.

So I’m on the fence with this app. It does have some cool features and what not but the most concerning is the crash detection so I got in a motorcycle accident on the freeway, the crash detection was on the app running but failed to notify anybody and I was doing about 50 mph I am thankful I’m alive today but my biggest concern what would happen if I was somewhere where there wasn’t a lot of people and I crashed I’m guessing it would’ve done the same thing. I could’ve been hurt even worse or could’ve been dead so I’m pretty upset that it didn’t do thing.

So don’t know why I pay for this app when it calculates my route it doesn’t take into consideration that there is a body of water and no road. So it calculates the route as if my Bike could ride on top of the bay. Developers are idiots for this one.

Seems like a great idea. Unfortunately if you go off your planned route, it just keeps trying to take you back to where you went off. Also, you can't adjust mid route without ending and restarting. I've reached out to customer service multiple times bit have never gotten a response. Waste of money!!

Used for a 1000mi trip around norcal this week. The navigation interface is great ... when it works. It's very strange that an app ostensibly for motorcycle trips fails so spectacularly when there's no cell service. "Recalculating ... recalculation failed." And don't even try to edit stops when there's no service, or to download offline maps -- this app can't do either of those essential things. So who is this for? I guess just for people cruising around urban areas with 100% cell coverage. If you are annually going on a long trip, you'd be better off with Apple Maps -- at least it can download offline maps.

I sent out 5 different emails about forgetting to cancel my free subscription andand it charged me for a whole years worth of the app and i didn't want that so i asked for a refund or anything never got a response back or email acknowledging it

Don’t get scammed this is a seven day trial only there’s other real free ones out there

Have had the app for over two years recently I couldn’t log back in. I used all my known emails. And cannot access my app. I paid for a year worth in November. I’m only and few months in. All my routes and maps and miles I’ve saved were deleted, and my account was deleted. I messaged customer service over a week ago never heard back never even got an email confirmation. This will be the last time I ever use them again. you lost a loyal client I would have been a customer for life.

What a joke. I live in a popular Midwest Great Lakes state where off-roading is universally celebrated all four seasons all year round. It could find anything with in a 100 mile radius. I know of at least a dozen within 30 miles And you expect folks to pay for this🤣👍

…with the endless rerouting while you’re riding. After you suggest a rout and people start following it you will then have people go off it and back on it, into neighborhoods that may have three houses just to go around and back in the rout again, strange roads and off-routs just to come out of them again. Utterly ridiculous app.

App doesn’t track well even in clear sky view of satellites and full bar cell coverage area. Track jumps across bare land and only shows half of the tracked route even when the trip summary shows that the mileage was actual.

App is pretty useless they won’t let you use any features unless you pay 60 dollars a year

Don’t fall for all the clearly fake flashy reviews. $60/year for an app that can be replaced by google and a pen. Greed kills all useful things

I tried five times to set the language from German to English, and every time it seemed to take, but the app refused to display English. It wouldn't display Spanish either.

I figured I would try to and the route planning was great until it came time to ride the route. Didn’t matter where I started or where I was it continued to tell me to go back to the beginning and start over again and wouldn’t continue the route. Apple Maps took over and got me back on track

For some days now this app won’t let sign in and my riding buddies said it kicked em off their account as well. I’m going back to my previous ride app

Decided to try this app out and when I started it I was asked if I’ll like to try a seven day free trial so I decided to try it out next thing I know I’m being charged 20$ for a supposed free trial that say only 9.99 for a month definitely wouldn’t recommend the app if they think it’s ok to just take your money.

All of the features this app boasts about are behind a pay wall. This app should just come with a price when you download it. I’m not paying per month for this, bad business practice.

Downloaded the app because I thought it would be useful. It wasn’t to me. Decided to go with the free trial just to make sure, it still is of no use to me. They charged me a full year the morning my free trial was to stop before I could cancel. Now I have a full year subscription to something I have no use for.

Everything requires a subscription now. Pulled in by a flashy FB ad but deleted the app the moment I saw the entire thing is locked behind a subscription. Offer a lifetime purchase option or don’t lock the main feature of the app behind a subscription. You are losing users and potential customers over this.

Got excited over the add. Went through half the steps to set this up only to find out it’s not a free app like the add claims. There are no free features other than a “free trial”. I’m not paying for an app that half the reviews say it doesn’t work properly…. What a let down.
