Norton 360 Security & VPN

I’ve had Norton for over two years and I can tell that it’s a useless antivirus. Instead of protecting your data , they will sell it to third parties. I paid extra for extra protection to remove my data from the dark web and instead I’m receiving thousands of emails every day. This is the WORST one I’ve ever had. You are paying money to sell your information

Difficult to use Cannot Get a live person

I got hacked after buy this antivirus

I have been looking for a good protection app and Norton had very good reviews that I am rather doubtful of since my interaction last night. I clicked on the 2 week trial, after that 49.99 a year. I double clicked to complete download and my Amex texted me a charge from Norton for 57.98!! I didn’t consent to 49.99 until after the 2 week trial. It’s unethical to charge even more!! So far I haven’t noticed what this app is doing for me, it’s giving me advice on over 20 websites that I need to physically go to and figure out what password I ever used and then change it….this will take me so long to do. I feel duped already and there is zero live help, no one to contact.

The same day of installation they should have sold my personal data, which resulted in a million of spam phone calls. This never happened anytime before or after.

Before you waste your money, read the most recent reviews. Look at all the 1 stars. Well-deserved. This app sucks. Google or use AI to search: does Norton 360 pass the VPN leak test? Then you'll realize why you shouldn't buy this app NordVPN more reliable And the app turns itself off. Without notice Doesn’t work with any Starbucks either. What good with that do you? What else is wrong with this app we don't know about? Don't waste your money or risk your security before you google this horrible app to learn how bad it is

Seems to allow suspicious activity and password hacks. After deleting app had to delete several programs and reset things to protect data.

I used Norton Utilities many years ago & it was a great product. Now it just waste CPU , lots of bells & whistles.. just a total mess. The Driver update App also installed various updates without backing up options being on … It messed up my whole system. Beware as after so called optimizations, another product found tons of errors.. All the 5 stars rating assume it is working great until it won’t.. !!

I’ve used Norton for many years and been happy with it. But today after successful verification through my email AND text it gives a white screen with only showing a back arrow in top left corner.

Doesn't work and keeps glitching

VPN is worthless. Only thing it is good at is blocking the user. The app is so worthless their feedback application FREEZES if it is less than stellar. Looking for a new one, ANY IDEAS

my husband added my email to his plan and I have the app on my phone. It is completely useless to me. I can’t even scan for viruses . It’ll say, “ we sent a code to ****** my email and it never comes through . So it wants to try another way and sends one to my husbands email which does me no good. Several things seem to be available under our plan but I can’t turn any of them on. I get enough spam that I practically don’t use email anymore. I’m sick and tired of it. Even the VPN. I can’t tell where it’s saying I am or let me say where I want it to show I am. You’re just an app on my phone that does nothing as far as I can see

I subscribed through the App Store only to find out the only thing to be found was the charge. The subscription never appeared, I was on the phone with a customer service rep 30 minutes and they didn’t do anything. So disappointed Yes to both questions, I already asked for my refund

I have absolutely been hacked! And the password that Norton wrote for me, has now been found in a data breach. Apple iPhone caught that. Most of my accounts like Facebook and gmail got compromised.

It now uses AI, which exposes & collects our data. USING AI IS THE OPPOSITE OF PROTECTING DATA. AI violates the privacy of users. Even if Norton eventually stops using AI, the damage has been done to Norton’s users.

I bought the premium Norton to protect IPhone but it will not download to my phone without purchasing N 360 security & VPN again.

So the only thing I’ve noticed is the pay more get more upgrade wow what an improvement!🤔

Will no longer allow my daughter to play videos on her iPad. She basically can not do anything with her iPad and we are going to have to buy a new device which we can’t afford.

I have 2 devices protected but when I try to add 3 more the software wants to charge me another fee that I originally paid. When my subscription expires I will not renew. Too much trouble with Norton.

In two days Norton drained 15% of my battery with absolutely nothing else running.
