Videoleap: AI Video Editor

Consistent issues with rendering videos. And I’ve done everything on my into troubleshoot the issue with my phone and footage, even trying other editing apps and everything works fine. Videoleap is really good, but picks and chooses when it wants to work. Also, they should bring back the stickers section and maybe ad an area for royalty free music and just build that into the cost of the app

Not sure what others are using when on this app. There are plenty of other services much cheaper that do far more. It is not worth 5-10 dollars a week. It is death by subscriptions now a days. Do yourself a favor and add this service to the list of things to cancel. Huge Reddit post coming soon. This company scams people.

Projects cannot be exported using stock sound effects from their own repository doing so will cause it to hang and the only fixes removing their sound effects from a project. I have also submitted issues previously as I have lost an entire project between phones where it says it cannot find the files and it doesn’t give any option to point them to the correct files meaning an entire project has to be restarted.

There are several components to this app that have not worked right for an extremely long time now. They’re very basic things that could easily be fixed if somebody would stop being lazy. This app costs real money and people are financially drowning. Maybe fix the app that you charge people money for. Just a thought. 😡

Anyone with a visual impairment or screen reader is unable to use this app because none of the buttons or icons are labeled. Everything just says button.

This 1 star is not for the app itself, but for the HORRIBLE customer service experience I’ve had with Videoleap, the app itself has been great, I’ve posted content for years with no issue until recently several months ago there was an issue where for some reason any type of video I tried to make would NOT export, it would just stay stuck at like 1-3% finished for hours, and ive been back and forth with their “support” team and the only solution they gave me was to try and get a refund through Apple since that’s where I purchased their yearly subscription from when I’m not asking for a refund primarily, I’m asking for the software that I PAID for to work! Overall when it comes to customer support and actually helping you they’re absolutely terrible, but the app itself when it’s working as intended it’s magnificent

I been trying to upload pictures and the faults out when I’m done. I can’t rearrange pictures unless I start all over. The auto-edit does work and it just loads and loads and loads

When I upgraded my version of Video Leap, I lost access to my old videos. How do I get access to my old videos? Take too long

If you cancel your subscription through the app, make sure you cancel it on the website too or you might unknowingly get charged for years, and they will refuse a refund even if you have not accessed or had the app downloaded during the subscription period and thought you cancelled it through the app. My receipts for this subscription were being sent to my spam folder in my email, and was not showing up in my Apple subscriptions, and could only see this subscription on their website that I was unaware existed outside the app. I was immediately denied a refund when I caught this charge on my bank account, and told I purchased the subscription on the website I didn’t know existed. My card info was being updated after getting a new card when my old one expired. I’ve never had an experience with a subscription through an app before like this, and never had it so hidden that I was seemingly subscribed to an app before. Unhappy with the app and its quality, which made me cancel and delete the app after the first two weeks. Unhappy with this seemingly intentional hidden subscription compared to other apps, and unhappy with the refund request system that will deny you a refund at the start of a year long subscription you have zero intention of using or accessing. They’ll keep your money even if you don’t want or use the app, and don’t care about how that negatively impacts your financial situation at the moment. Deeply disappointed by this app.

Why is it when you’re about to finish editing and App quits. Sorry that I renewed

Just get Inshot at that point. More free access to features this app makes you pay for and on top of that it doesn’t glitch as much as this app does. I used to get scammed and give this app so much of my money for then i found Inshot but one day decided to try this again because of the transition features for clips, and i’m too tired of the glitches i don’t understand why you’d put paying customers through that much. Its bad enough to me that we dont get enough access to the features we used to have access to

The recent changes/updates have ruined this at one time GO-TO video editing app! Used to have AI templates that you could simply swap in your own picture and it would animate to the template. Now, you are limited to a selection of “templates” made by other app users that are almost entirely amateur at best and you are unavle to make a still picture inyo a video anymore! Boo !!! So angry

why don’t y’all have an option for us to crop photos or videos?? i literally have to go out of the app, crop it myself then im able to use the footage??

You have to pay for pro to put a background on text? Watermarks weren’t enough

If you want to go from lite subscription ($89.99) to pro ($119.99) subscription. Instead of charging you an additional $30 like the app says it will. It charges you the entire 119.99 plus the 89.99. Very frustrating and had to go through Apple support to revive a refund.

Used Videoleap for YEARS. The new yearly subscription is outrageous.

This app literally promises everything and does nothing. I could add moving smoke with a TikTok edit if I really wanted to just because you crop a photo does not mean it’s AI working on it

Been using it for like 7 years. Paid subscription. Open it once a month to edit video, and EVERYTHING IS GONE. Subscription desync from their stupid servers, I can’t save it without watermark. While I’m still on premium (I just checked). Every year I write a one star review thinking they will change. And it just getting worse. Just trash. And the best part? Nobody gf.

To be honest this app sucks and is a waste of money. The templates are super corny and the editor isn’t up to par. Save your money.

Paid $9.99 to edit my own video and the tool keeps erroring out. It can’t even upload my images- gets stuck at 98 or 99%. I can’t search key words without an error, the templates are limited and basically I threw away 10 bucks,

Can’t even export 5 or more videos in 1 day (with the watermark mind you)

I used to love this app for editing music and stuff but now it’s a pain to edit while using this app now the audio is always glitchy and it doesn’t sync the way you want it to be in the video please fix this it’s so annoying i been dealing with for a whole year

Even though my subscription was cancelled they STILL charged me $39.99 when they were NOT supposed to…Go somewhere else for video editing..

Doesn’t work paid version! Bought a paid version (Lite) and when trying to make and edit of face, the function is just not working! Canceled by 51% and it doesn’t go further! What is the meaning of paid subscription ?? Internet connection is stable, app version is the latest. Fix it !!
