Spoke Route Planner

Used this app to organize a trip between video game stores. It put things in an optimal order but sucked for navigation. After the first stop it got stuck, then skipped the next stop and totally froze. Can’t believe people pay $20 a month for this program.

Hey, I used to download, as needed, and was thinking of taking this app to my company, but it looks like the latest update doesn’t allow you access previous accounts. Can’t even do a brand new email.

With every update this app turns more and more into trash. I’m going to stop paying if they keep this up. Stop adding new features that break the app. Stops go missing. Have to force close out of app and get back in to see them again. In app maps are horrible. I’ll be one street over and it says I’m at the stop, then I have to hit restart. Trash app!

I CANNOT SEE OR GO PAST LINE 1! ALL MY ROUTES ARE RUINED!!!

Fix your built in Nav. I like the auto nav feature, but your nav program keeps taking me to the street BEHIND the house I’m trying to get to, and I don’t like having to continually swipe between Waze, Google, etc to start the next address. Am I supposed to hop the back wall??? Also, occasionally it will completely flip the direction I’m traveling - on a freeway no less. This can’t be safe.

After the update this app has been a disappointment. It now utilizes its own mapping system, which often has errors on addresses. Just recently, I’ve encountered a bug where it will randomly reroute me and continue to reroute (within a two minute window, it alerted me to a reroute 10 or so times). Also the navigation speaker is extremely loud, to where I can’t hear a phone conversation. I have not found an option to change the volume of it. Going to look for a new app to use.

I was a big fan of this app, using it almost daily for about a year. One day it’s called Spoke instead of Circuit and all the features are different, in the worst kind of way. It now opens its own on screen navigation instead of using google or Apple Maps. You can’t see the speed limit or the compass, must have features when you’re driving for a living. It also took the estimated times of arrival off the list page, which I found helpful. If there are ways for the user to change these things, it’s not clear. Please change it back!

This app is actually terrible. If you want to keep your mental health in tact, don’t download.

This app tries so hard to implement the customize routing I end up having to baby sit my rout. Have had multiple occasions where it glitches and puts 2 stops 15 miles away after the other and causes tons of miles and time loss. Awful app just let me organize it

Can’t scan a single package “no internet connection” every other app works… thanks The next day I can scan packages but it just deleted all the photos of the boxes I took this morning. I can’t tell you how frustrating this app truly is. $20/month for a headache…. Fix your app people. My god.

App is not working this morning. Saying no internet connection when there is internet on device active. Fix !

iPhone X - won’t let me past by the (what best describes your job?) screen. I’ve tapped everywhere on the screen and nothing happens.

Used this app several times a week, but you’ve ruined package ID and now the app is useless to me.

This is honestly a pretty good app. I’ve used it as a door-to-door salesman to make routes throughout the day and it does a pretty great job. I have very few complaints. The major problem here is after I finished using it and canceled my account they have continued charging me for another couple months. I have literally deleted my account and they are still charging me. I’m literally going to have to go to my bank and get a new debit card because circuit will not stop charging me $20 a month for a service that I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR. I don’t even have a way to try to cancel it again because, once again, I deleted the account. If you have the choice between this and another route building app, go with a different one!

Im sad cause this app looked super promising, but after mapping all my stops, i suddenly need to subscribe to use it at all. I understand needing money but i wish i was warned BEFORE mapping my whole route.

Literally let me put all my stops in to then tell me once I was done I needed to subscribe fro $20/ a month for over 10 stops. Get real!

I had used this app a while back whenever I had multiple shop and deliver orders, and at that time it seemed to serve its purpose well. You enter in all the addresses and the “optimized” the entire route saving one time, gas, and wear and tear on a car. It shows you how much time you saved, and includes the total mileage or your optimized route. Awesome! That was then. I recently tested this app while delivering approx 40-49 packages. It’s pretty easy to use and you can take a pic of the address now, which was also awesome! After the first route I thought for sure I had somehow made an error of some sort. Initially it said it had saved me a couple hours! But once I completed the deliveries, it had actually added over 2 HOURS! I was mad at myself and exhausted to say the least. So I tried a 2nd time but this time, after reporting hours saved again, I compared the total mileage from the normal route to the optimized route— and it was OVER 200 miles MORE. Thank gawd I hadn’t waited till after their ridiculously longer route, to verify time saved. Like seriously, the app is not working properly but it claims it will save you hours of drive time. I wouldn’t trust this ever again. The developers owe me money from that 1st route. I can’t be the only one. Yikes!

the option not to save addresses with names is the reason i’ve uninstalled this app. I know the names of the places i’m servicing, not addresses, so trying to create routes takes too much time.

Typed in all of my stops for the day (14) and after doing that just to find out it wouldn’t optimize unless I paid for subscription

This app comes in handy when as a company we all use it. But after they took away the restart route it became a hassle. After every route you have to undo the delivered to put it back into the ready to go aspect again, where there once was a button to just restart route which did the undo of the delivered and completed routes. Please bring this update back to us to make it easier and less time consuming to clear hundred of routes a day.

As a delivery driver, buyer beware. This app has the infuriating habit of directing you as many as 8 to 10 minutes out of your way simply to avoid telling you to take a U-turn to get to your next stop, which could be as close as two minutes away. If you are working a town you are unfamiliar with, it can drive you crazy to get to your next stop and see that your last one was right around the corner, but this app drove you all through an entire neighborhood, looking for a way to bring you back the way you came without the U-turn.
