I have had this account for over 5 years and I’ve never been more disappointed. Between the support agent helping me and ridiculous requirements. A simple deposit has made me close this account. There are far better stock trading platforms.

Horrible customer service take forever to reply and give you bot answers, on the phone for hours, waiting for an answer emailed and waiting days for a reply also via the app just to get a bot to reply a copy and paste from faq. They have some issue that won’t let you withdraw my hard earned money

I can’t get my finger to go to the exact EMA day indicator I want and it’s always off by 1 day or so because the slider stinks! At least add a + or - button so I can easily press to get to the exact EMA days I want!

I've had my base iPhone 17 for a year now and they have not fixed the margins and padding onto the options chain tab. The numbers are cut off and those are numbers are very important for me to able to trade. Scrolling horizontally takes time as I need to enter quickly or I will missed it.

I used to love this app, now here come the subscriptions. Got to squeeze you for more and more…

This used to be my favorite app, been a customer for a decade. And I trade quite a bit. Your customer service is absolutely terrible, you don’t take care of your long time customers, as I am writing this I have now been waiting to connect to someone for 45 minutes and that is the second time I called. I’m definitely going to move my accounts elsewhere. I pay for instant transfers to my debit card, I have been waiting for two of them now for 6 hours. Money not transferred but I pay anywhere between $20 and $60 for the quick transfer They tell me all of my transfers now have to be reviewed to my card. It’s my money and I pay a premium for the quick transfer but I wait hours and it’s on me? Customer service rep told me pretty much it was my fault by the way. I mean terrible customer service just terrible. As a decade old customer I have never truly called or complained. I now called at least 5 times in two weeks and I CANNOT get someone on the phone or access my money. Funny enough debuting from my card to their account is instant. Just terrible customer

Complete garbage app. They help Wallstreet steal your money. A scam app for a rigged and corrupt stock market go perfectly to make sure you never win.

If you want to be behind the market consistently, then download this app. The deposit and transfer speeds are abysmal (between accounts ie margin to futures 2 days) + you can’t even trade perpetual futures. If you want to buy and hold, use Coinbase or Robinhood. The UI is also so freaking confusing. Almost like they just slapped every feature that doesn’t matter into an app and pushed it to market.

Please make it user friendly on top how much interest we paid on margin daily and weekly

TradingView has now removed numerous functionalities I use for no apparent reason. Most recently, they removed the public chat, to the dismay of thousands who use it. Awful.

did not give me trade reward promotion. When you contact support they ignore you

It has been my experience that Webull freezes my account every time I remove money and demands documentation from where the money came from and where it’s going. It’s ridiculous

I would give 0 stars if I could. It’s a legit company but based on what I saw from costumer service, I would not be surprised if I hear they have less than 10 employees.

If you want to pull out your money, good luck because now theres a $75 fee. unless youre making serious money and serious trades, that are well over $75 profit, run away from this app.

Complete dishonest organization. And if you run into any problem or even have a question expect zero help when they finally respond a week later. Clearly deliberate practice to get customers to give up. Use another broker or prediction market or you will regret it. UPDATE: per developer to contact them at support. This is a thinly veiled attempt to public look like they address customers issues. They do not. I did contact them. Three times. Sending supporting screen shots. They ignored the first. The second they sent a link about options contracts(this had nothing to do with options contracts. And the third time they asked for supporting screen shots. Bottom line is they don’t care about ripping off customers and play games with contacting customer service making in painstaking to just exhaust you and have you give up.

Webulls customer support is non existent. They DO NOT reply to you, ignore your inquiries & then delete your entire message history with them. Call them on the phone- get put on a waiting list, only to be called back & told theres nothing they can do. Site wide bot activity. The app is overran with millions of fake bots posting racist, sexist, homophobic garbage, suggesting suicide, posting fake pnls, links to unsecured paid scams, in fact that’s all there is. Zero real accounts. Blatantly obvious bots. Webull tells you the accounts are real, but to report them (because they somehow cannot moderate their own platform). You report them-nothing happens. Contact webull, they don’t respond & close msg threads & delete your msg history. Webull doesnt gaf about customers. Stay away

Got to be very careful with this app as soon that you disconnect for a couple of days you may come back to a empty account like they did to me and others that have the same complaint about this app but the investment haven been reembolse to the account it just disappeared do to they stole it .

After selling my crypto my margin balance and crypto balance went to 0 and when calling the customer service agent kept creating new lies or saying they don’t understand. I looked them up afterwards and they have lawsuits!!!!!!

I thought this was a respectable brokerage app where I could do a little trading, but it turns out it’s a polymarket, sports betting, gambling crypto app that SPAMMS YOU TO DEATH. If you sign up for notifications, they won’t leave you alone! I literally just got a notification at 5:30 AM about some stupid basketball or football game. Well guess what? Since you want my time and attention so bad, now you’re gonna get it. I’m pulling my money in this app is going in the trash. That’s just so shameless to wake somebody up at 5 AM. There’s no other app on my iPad that does this.

Support is useless and seems like Chinese app from design and user interface
