Customer service can only be reached via email. I got changed the annual subscription when I was subscribed to the monthly subscription and it didn’t show up on my app account so I had no way of canceling it. The app is run by a company in Finland and there’s no way to call and talk to an actual person; it’s either the chat bot that can’t do anything with billing or an email to a county that has a completely different time zone. Two stars because the actual app is pretty solid.

I put it as it said it for the tuning and it wouldn’t pick up what I’m playing

Gemini said this was free and it was. For 3 seconds. Why is there no free guitar app😭

Im trying to pay guitar and most of the lessons are behind a paywall also the sound feature didn’t work for me I mean I a lil bit good but could be better

I paid for the lifetime membership and got scammed. The app would open and work great for the first several months and then all of a sudden, it stopped loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled and then it would work. But now even that doesn’t fix the load issue. Basically musopia stole $300 from me. No support and no help.. Don’t get scammed!!

I paid $130 for a year and logging in has never worked. Cant get hold of support either. This sucks. Help!!!

This is horrible it’s locked behind paywalls can’t get a good lesson in without getting something interpreting me about money

Not a electric guitar tutorial

I was doing the tutorial, and the tuner was HORRIBLE!! It didnt work, it repeatedly told me to tighten my string and caused me to pop my string an livid!!!

The built-in tuner is horrible and not accurate. It does not identify the string correctly. Lame.

Do not like the forced review and the automatic skip to next song or play the same song every time I finish a song. Also do not like the fact that the library is filled with a bunch of midi backing tracks.

The app is really slow so it can get irritating and it doesn’t teach you much it just jumps into playing immediately

I tried this because it has a library to play along with. I wasn’t looking for a teacher. Everything was copacetic…well usable for my purposes anyway up until the latest update went into effect. Since the update I know have to navigate through the newest screen congratulating me for my accomplishments and asking if to proceed to next in list. Prior it would automatically move to the next in queue and pause and wait for signal to start. This newest where it just jumps to the next in queue and automatically starts really sux and I don’t like it at all. I can’t possibly in good conscience recommend this to ANYbody unless you can provide a work around so that the program function shuffles random or in numerical sequence and queues to next up and pauses waiting for start by user. I will explore OTHER options come September.

I purchased it before I even downloaded the app thinking it was gonna be great and it’s been terrible service. They keep saying I need to resubscribe.

I never wanted this app. I loaded it and never liked its content. Forgot to Cancle it and after asking have my money back one day late, no one responded. I feel ripped off

Some videos are helpful and there is supplemental practice routines. Others he quickly goes through and there is no other mention or exercise to practice. Please put supplements for the riff videos in particular. It’s frustrating watching someone who is very good at guitar quickly go through something that is difficult and act like you should pick up what to do from the video alone. C major scale exercises cannot be paused. The more I use this the more bugs I find.

Justin used to be fun. Now it is third rate songs and the same ol’ strum patterns. Got rid of half the songs I played almost every day. So boring now. Not going to renew subscription.

Scamming someone who wants to genuinely learn guitar into paying $100+ to be degraded but left with the desire to want to learn and just have to keep going sitting through his bullying is really weird. Being good at guitar doesn’t excuse being a terrible person to someone paying you money especially.

None of the song are right they just throw a bunch of chords that sound right and bam it’s terrible no riffs just chords it’s giving me chords for songs that don’t have a single chord in them

You cannot do any full songs without pay for a subscription
