Fax.Plus - Receive & Send Fax

I hate the fact that they don’t do refunds, especially when I put chased the year subscription by mistake. 170 dollars gone just like that…

I selected this app as I understood it offered a few free pages, but it doesn’t. You have to dig deep into the app to find the option for free pages and then it has you enter your phone number for a confirmation text, which never arrives.

Didn’t work at all just buggered no confirmation

Despite choosing a free one time fax I was charged an additional 24.99 with no way to stop nor get my credit Numerous emails have gone on unanswered and I had to contact my cc company for resolution

Bait and switch ripoff to waste your time only that if you are lucky). They ask for information like your Google password. Don’t give it to them. Also, after you fill out a fax cover sheet, they will pop up a phone number verification screen that will wipe out everything you have filled out or attached. I wasted nearly 2 hours on this that I will never get back. Don’t put anything confidential into this.

My father had just died and I needed to fax paperwork to one of his creditors. I selected Fax.Plus’s $8.99/month Basic plan and was later charged $167.99 for an annual plan I did not knowingly approve. Their own support records confirmed I had initially selected Basic Monthly, yet they refused to reverse the charge. If the company responds to this review, please understand I already spent days dealing with their unhelpful billing support and ultimately had to dispute it. Fax.Plus blocked my account while the dispute was pending yet luckily I had kept screenshots and emails, and when I submitted the evidence to my credit card the full $167.99 was returned to me. My advice: screenshot everything, watch your billing closely, and pay by credit card.

They refused any help and implied I was being dishonest yet luckily I had screenshots of all my interactions and my credit card issuer used that evidence to reverse the charges. My advice to anyone considering using this service: keep screenshots of every step, watch your billing and email communications closely, and use a credit card so you have dispute protection when something goes wrong.

There is no way to bulk export all the faxes you sent out (to include the contents itself, such as pdfs etc) You have to go into each individual fax and click multiple times to save them individually as a pdf then go back in again and download the actual confirmation fax separately. I want to be able to have a hard copy of exactly what was faced with a receipt of confirmation with it.

Be careful. I thought I was only signing up for a month and then they charged me for the entire year! They have it shown in their website so they know this is a flaw in how they have this set up. I immediately cancelled once I realized what happened but have not been able to get a refund. I never used the service and yet I am down $91. It was an honest mistake in my part. They should be able to see I never used the service. I would stay clear of this app. Very dishonest business practice.

Unreliable. Many faxes never go through. Bad experience. Would never recommend. Faces don't go through on mobile 80%of the time.

Do not download this app. The pricing structure is incredibly misleading. I signed up thinking I would be charged a reasonable $6.99 per month, but instead, the app immediately charged my card the entire annual fee of $83.99 upfront. To make matters worse, the actual platform is highly unreliable and full of glitches: * Hidden Sent History: After sending my second fax, it completely failed to appear in my sent folder. * Wasted Page Allotment: Because there was no confirmation in the app, I had to resubmit the document multiple times, which ate through my monthly page allotment unnecessarily. * Delayed Confirmations: Hours later, I received multiple emails confirming that every single attempt went through. The user interface is deceptive, and the transmission status tracking is broken. I feel completely ripped off by the billing and frustrated by a broken system. Save your money and find a reliable fax service instead.

Supposed to free for 10 pages charged me almost 10 to wait another 10 mins for the fax

Make sure you carefully choose the monthly plan, the User Interface not very clear.

I cancelled immediately because it could not do a simple fax I needed. I then contacted to cancel no response and they charged me the month after. STAY CLEAR. I now have to get a new card for them to stop charging me.

They bait you to give your number and create an account promising 10 free faxes, but once provided, the confirmation SMS or call never comes

It looks and feels as though there is a one free time use, however there is not. In order to actually send the facts you have to subscribe which is very inconvenient and misleading.

They promise 10 free pages but it says 0 , and they want you to pay. I never used this app. False Advertising !!!

I paid for a subscription that would allow me to send 200 pages per month as described in their subscription plans. However, I went to send one fax (my first and only with this service) with 24 pages, and it wouldn’t let me send it because it had too many pages. False advertising. I asked for a refund within minutes of my purchase and was informed that the company would not be returning my money. Waste of time and money.

No free trial, I tried sending 1 page, paid $8-9 for the lowest subscription and it never sent the 1 page I needed sent - it kept saying "number busy". Used a different app for free and it worked no problem. Contacted customer service for a refund but seems like a scam

At the time of subscription, Fax.Plus clearly displayed the Basic Monthly plan for $8.99 and stated “$8.99 billed monthly.” However, I was charged approximately $92 instead.(one year subsecription) I would not have subscribed if the actual charge had been clearly disclosed. I consider this misleading and do not wish to continue using the service. Please cancel the subscription, refund the full amount, and confirm that no further charges will be made.

Thought there was a free trial, after submitting the fax it made me pay, then it was so slow and glitchy the fax never went through. Do not recommend.

Glitches and Resets without any notice. Takes hours to fix. Not user friendly when there is a problem.
