SleepWatch - Top Sleep Tracker

Unless you upgrade to premium it doesn’t tell you anything that Apple health doesn’t. (And the app looks worse than apple’s in my opinion.) Unless you want to pay for data that you already own, don’t get this

I’ve been using this app for 5 or six years, starting with my Apple Watch SE. The free version had what I needed, hours asleep and heart rate, basic stuff. Then a few years ago, they decided to start showing ads unless users upgraded. Not something that I liked, but it’s a common business model for apps, and the ads weren’t intrusive, so I tolerated them. For the last few weeks, though, the ads they’ve shown are downright scams. Ads that claim my device is infected or needs a critical upgrade. This is bad, means the company is desperate for money, just to do something that Apple Health does for free. Stay far, far away from SleepWatch!

I was using this for months. But since their latest update, the alarm either doesn’t start after hitting the button or crashes in the middle of the night. Either way. For like 3 weeks, my alarm has not gone off in the morning. Thankfully my body has its own timing, but we’ve had some close calls.

I’ve used this app for years and always liked it until it decided I wasn’t wearing my Apple Watch. How come other apps can detect my Apple Watch, but Sleep Watch can’t?

I got a iphone 17 pro max and updated the IOS to 27. The app no longer works on my apple watch ultra 3. I reloaded the app and rebooted both the watch and phone. No joy.

I should not have to pay money to have something track my sleep when I don’t even know if it’s going to work

Stopped synching with iPhone. The “Sync Last 7 Days” returns an error message to try again later. Says to enable all permissions for sleep data but they are all already enabled.

I've been paying for this app for years. Their customer service sucks at this fixing issues. I've gone what I thought was nine months without the app tracking all of my data. I delete the app and re-download it and now it's loading my data, but it shows me for the last four years. It hasn't been tracking my data since 2021!! very displeased

I’ve had this app for a while and lately it won’t track my sleep correctly even when I have the phone and watch together in use. The watch cannot pair anymore and it keeps telling me to complete set up on IPhone which I’ve repeated steps. Furthermore when I set it at night to track at wake-up it acknowledges I’m finished and then there’s no report of the sleep cycle. I hope there a fix … it was good while it worked

They want to charge you money to listen to your own recordings of you sleeping. They have what they call a 7 day free trial that you just have to give them all your info and credit card info to use, which is annoying and so slimy feeling. It's my own recording of me sleeping, and you want to charge money to even listen to it? Get bent. Find a different app if you're not trying to get scammed. Gross and scummy feeling app.

The app was great they just billed me for another year and I get an ad when open that I have X out of and there is ad in middle of the app. Why am I paying if you think you need to run ads in your paid version?

It allows you to download for free but asks you to pay for a subscription for the data. I erased it very quickly

App won’t sync to previous days

The free version shows ads including a fullscreen advertisement saying that my “device had been hacked” and I need to click a link to “cleanse my computer”. You’ve got to be kidding.

Sorry to have to quit. I have my old sleep app on an old phone (SOS only) and my data appeared on that phone immediately. So, can’t be my watch! This is night 2 with nothing. Too bad, looks like a nice app. Troubleshooting tab doesn’t help.

I downloaded this app because it was recommended by a search to record myself as I slept. I used it one time! And cancelled. Then, I got a notification that they billed me $40! If you want a mid-tier sleep app and have a ton of money to waste, go ahead. If not don’t even do the trial because once they have your info they will bill your card whether they are supposed to or not. Then shunt you to Apple or Google to dodge any responsibility. Also, watch one of their ads, if you can, and tell me, does a good psychiatrist need to have an ad that causes you a bunch of distress to make you call them? No. Money grubbing pos’s

Every time I open app it goes to a greyed out screen with no ability to get off that screen. Totally worthless to me.

Like it but it keeps freezing up on “how rested do you feel” - it’s maddening so I’ll be deleting the app.

It was a good app until a few weeks ago it no longer gives me a sleep chart and it’s a paid subscription. Will look for a new app 👎

I’ve used the app for years. But now it freezes as soon as it opens on a paid screen and won’t let me look at my sleep won’t let me do anything. I close it out reopen it in a different screen pops up and freezes on it so I close it out and do it again, but it won’t let me look at my notifications. It won’t let me look at it won’t let me do anything.

Free version is impossible. When I open the app in the morning, there is always a question of how fatigued I felt, however, it’s grayed out and will not allow me to click anything. Consistently deleting the app and re-downloading just to get my data.

App keeps freezing when I open it

I can’t not access my results as the app freezes on the screen asking if I feel refreshed after sleeping. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I can never check my stats on the iPhone app because it gets stuck on the page asking me how I slept or if I want to upgrade to premium deleted it
