Too many improvements can be done.

Too often pop up ads. 9:48 no info on market on main page

Why can’t they optimize the app for iPad screen and provide better experience for subscribers???

To many pop up adds and special trial offers.

I used to give great reviews. I used to tell everyone about investors.com. The website seems to have issues lately. Loading, pop ups, even after a paid subscriber etc I am grateful for their training and I knocked it out of the park last year. I wish you knew I needed help and I subscribe to leaderboard and the home delivery paper. Since March, I have not received one newspaper delivery at home and it’s now the end of August and I canceled it.

Things don’t load, the app forgets I’m a subscriber and will spam me with ads to buy what I already own. It barely ever works on open, the UI on the stock will bug out and get stock on “loading valid data” then never does and you have to switch to the daily or weekly then back to get it to maybe load. I will open the app and try to check my lists then it will suddenly say that I’m not signed in and I have no lists, then I sign out and sign back in and the error persists until it randomly will work again. Sometimes the chart will bug out and not show the current day’s candle Almost always will the percentages for the day be incorrect on my lists, it won’t load and it will even mix up all of them and show one stock being up what another stock in the list is actually up, refreshing will just shuffle them around When typing a stock ticker in to add to a list, if you type the full ticker it will not appear, so, for example, I wanted to add BE, I saw BE flash for a second when I typed B, but for BE it gave me everything but BE, I had to type just B then select it, this has happened maybe 100+ times I just don’t know why I’m even paying for this anymore. The desktop version is the only one that works. Do not use this app, it’s just a broken useless mess

I don’t think i have ever seen an app this bad. It crashes continuously and sometimes doesn’t allow me to sign in. 2 of the links in the “lists” never opened since i started. Terrible

Even with a PAID SUBSCRIPTION they never stop trying to sell you more of their publications. Their customer service people are the worst I have ever dealt with.

Simple: Overloaded with Ads and provides little value. Longtime subscriber; like most businesses, went way downhill since the founder passed and sold to the Dow. Time late for most investors and investment analysis is pablum. Can’t access the digital paper, which I’m paying for and constantly begging for users to subscribe to some other worthless service.

My stock list is always being deleted and I have to re- enter the information

This app is still completely broken. Notifications never open the linked article. The app also cuts your audio. Completely unusable app.

What’s the benefit of knowing what stock went up the previous day it should be ahead of the opening not after the close.!!!!

Multiple pop ups while in the APP are very annoying. I paid for access to the information to not be bombarded with silly advertisements. Also, the visible screen in the app is small and no where near the size of my Ipad screen. Hitting the expand arrows only increases the visible size slightly. I was a subscriber around 25 years ago when the digital version of IBD was in it’s infancy. Back then, the digital version was annoying and so was the nutty right-wing bias on many of their articles and editorials. Those issues made me drop subscription back then. 25 years later, the nutso right-wing bias is gone (thankfully)but the digital subscription issues are present but in a different way.

…..they send out a email to end-users to update the app immediately for some alleged data improvement …. …and they still can’t display dividend info. I don’t see any improvement in anything. And, to use the App one must be a Digital subscriber, yet every dam time one examines a stock that is currently moving in the market, an advertisement pops up telling the digital subscription user about a digital subscription user discount - every dam time. I’ve been canceling IBD services and am very close to canceling this too.

Barely works

Open a message link and you may end up somewhere else. Annoying ads just keep popping up while you’re reading an article. IM A PAID SUBSCRIBER!!! Open a text message and go back to the app and your on another article from 3 days ago. This is the most poorly functional app. UHG!

Be very wary, once you’re subscribed, you will have to terminate your payment method before you can cancel your account. Cancellation is not possible online or using the app.

I have tried 10 times to modify a list but system keeps reverting to previous list. Garbage. Cannot even do it on my desktop computer.

"Market" button generates constant pop up "The biggest market surge ever". I signed out, and deleted and re-added app and it didn't fix it. I Created the same stock list 4 times, it never appeared, had to exit out and go back in to see it. Not intuitive how to change or customize the order of created stock lists. Poor search function. Poor chat bot features. Poor/nonexistent AI features. This app is clunky and unimaginative. It's like someone who only works on a computer, just tried to put what you do on the computer into an app, instead of being creative, needs an ai agent. Their help deck folks don't know the app as well. This app frequently just shuts down, like 4 times in 2 hrs, it won't let you keep more than 15 lists, it won't keep the order you want to list the stocks in even if the blue sort arrow is not active. Everytime you go into your lists if you had selected a method of sorting that you like it's got to be reselected each time you go back in. I want to be able to easily sort my favorite stocks in order for a list. Should be able to see after hrs trading easily and % invested for hedge funds or large investors.

IPAD. The old version had lots of issues. The new version is worse. My lists fail to display until I restart the app multiple times. Incorrect prices are shown at times, especially at startup. Prices stop updating and I have to use another application to confirm prices. Too expensive for issues like this.

My Lists have been missing for 2 weeks. Cust Service says they’re working on it but no restoration in sight. This is a core part of my subscription and it needs to be fixed.

The price listed is NOT what you end up paying. They just charged me double on my first month when it was shown as a free trial for month #1 Instead they charged $63 off the supposed $38.95 per month deal. 0 stars if I could

Ibd updated their App and deleted my 4 lists. Very frustrating. Had to re enter ones I could recall. Rest are lost.

Seriously?? You have all the MarketSurge, Barron etc iPad version. Not this? Common guys!
