I want to this off my phone how do I delete it

I am so disgusted with you & your management. For 2 months I have asked to cancel & return pay payments. I’ve run into hard times & I can’t afford you. You are not listed in my subscriptions , I never wanted this. How many times does one have to request cancellation & how long does it take you to respond??

Not only do I have issues with licensing on multiple devices but they also won’t refund the other 11 months of my subscription after I said I’m unsatisfied with the service.

TotalAV took all of my information and gave me nothing in return. I attempted to talk to a live person and was ignored. I am concerned that this company seems to be a scammer who will misuse my information. Please beware!!!

I downloaded it to scan for and prevent malware. Then after I paid, I realized the scan doesn’t actually detect malware on an iPhone, or really do anything useful. I deleted it within 20 min but and still out $19. Don’t bother.

I was charged $129 and when I tried to use the app, they want more money from me! Not happy about it!

This product is billing me every week

I do not like and I do not want this app and keep billing me $11 every day that I credit for two days

I canceled months ago and I canceled disatisfied. And they’re still billing me they have bad business practices and steel from customers

Upon first use you are offered Ad-ons to complete your coverage and told your coverage is lacking. Almost impossible to cancel.

I am very unhappy. I decided to come back to this virus program that I tried 20 years ago when nobody else would. It was $19/year for everything, including the VPN, web browsing security, ad blocker etc. Now they want $99 per year or they’ll nickel and dime for each service that they want to add to your account. I don’t love the competitors, but you should try to be more aggressive and kinder with your marketing methods! God bless.

My safari wont let me use browser, spam, etc. every time I try it won’t take password , excuses!!! I want my money back , what good is the app when I can’t use it?????

Paid $1.99 for trial but all the options are locked till u pay the original subscription cost. False Discription of trial access.

I h ax be been charged for this service for since 4/14 of 24. I don’t even know who you are. I don’t know what y’all do and I am old and I did not know how to check my subscriptions. I have canceled all of them for the last 60 days that’s as far as I can go back, but you guys have ripped me off for a lot of money and I am going to tell the world about it because this is nonsense. I didn’t even get to get my medicine pill because you guys charge me for something that I did not authorize. I did not say to get or anything. I never ever authorize to put this on my phone and so I wanted to let you know how bad of service that you really are and if you’re taking advantage of the senior citizens, you have a great day. Connie Peirsol and I better not see any more charges from you guys on my phone or asking me to pay anymore because you’re not getting a sent from me. I hope you have a terrible day.

There are apparently no humans involved at TotalAV. Forget correcting a problem. You will get stuck with the check no matter what.
