I gave it a one star because I couldn’t submit the review without. Don’t waste your time or money because you’ll never be able to access the app. I have emailed this company multiple times. I have sent emails to an email address on their terms and conditions and to the email address listed on their app. I never received a response. It’s nothing but a money grab, scam, and fraud. Now, I have to dispute it with my bank. You can’t trust anything anymore.

App used to be 100% free. Now it prompts you to pay or try a free trial. I decided to try the free trial to see if any new features were added (there wasn’t anything new) I was also charged even though I cancelled the free trial before it was up.

I wanted to try the 3 day free trial and was immediately charged $40. I'm really annoyed - especially now that I'm in the app and most of the photos look cheap and super fake. It's not like what Instagram was showing in the ads at all. Super scam

Said I could get a 3 day free trial and then charged me for the app. Said “error” and never let me log in. Now I paid and can’t even use the app for the week I paid for.

Doesn't work. No help. What a complete waste of money

Never got to try it out even though I was quite excited to, the app forces you to start a 3 day free trial into a subscription to even gain access to anything yet asks to have full access to your camera roll first, very odd.

No matter what you have to have a subscription. Offer a “3 day trial” just for an ai portrait.

I canceled this subscription prior to the end of the free trial and yet the app attempted to charge my card today. Total scam!

I haven’t even started and it wants a review

Disappointed it doesn’t do well with multiples despite changing profiles. They don’t look alike and are fraternal boy/girl twins and the app doesn’t recognize the difference and puts the wrong name with photos. No infant options that can take two faces for the AI adjustment. Disappointed I bought this app.

The app keeps foreclosing on me.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU’RE PREPARED TO PAY FOR THE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. I opted for the 3 day free trial. Canceled 1 day into free trial and was immediately charged for year subscription. Because my card is locked it declined but now I have to pay for the subscription in order to Access my apple account. Biggest scam ever.

The app said that the subscription would start after a trial period of three days but when you click to pick which subscription you’ll want after that time, it actually is signing you up for the year.

Major Privacy Violation – Refusing to Delete Child's DataUnacceptable. I have requested multiple times for this app to permanently delete my account, my daughter's name, and ALL of her photos. They only deleted some and are keeping the rest on their servers against my explicit consent. I have formally emailed their privacy desk. This is a severe breach of data privacy. Do not trust this app with your baby's photos. I am demanding immediate, total data erasure.

Did the 3 day trial and automatically charged for the year, when trying to use just says processing with every picture and nothing is working .. don’t waste your time
