Mr. Number Lookup & Call Block

App sucks.

I downloaded this to see comments left by others about people’s phone numbers. Haven’t been able to figure out how to do this on the iOS app once. Just ridiculous.

There are 3 reviews on my number that are complete lies. And I can’t do anything about them. To have no recourse for slander is infuriating. I hope the people who invented this app have a lot of false reviews, but I bet they do erase their own…

Won’t let me look up my own number

I keep posting reports and they do not show up. Sometimes the number of reports posted does not match the actual number listed. Help feature seems to be inactive.

the app is hosting false/defamatory comments about my personal number and their support system refuses to answer removal requests.

Doesn’t look up numbers giving names. The menu first page doesn’t exist in my app. Save your money.

The help link on the app currently does not work. There is no way to contact them about false reports

The last update was three years ago. Nothing is working the way it is supposed to so I will be canceling my premium subscription and paying for another service that works

Do not subscribe to this app! No matter how many times I block spam phone numbers, they continue to call me. What is the purpose of this app if it doesn’t block the blocked numbers?????

Just paid for a years subscription and I’m constantly still getting calls

mr. number no longer works and I am assuming that it is because all the men reporting this app on App Store it's continuously saying that every number I punch in is from Austria, which is not true. Someone please make a new app the magat's have officially bugged it.

Why I got charged if I canceled the same day that I got it

I'm very unhappy with the quality of this app instead of improving the features the my are getting worse. This app use to block spam. I don't know what the point of paying for spam blocking if I receive several calls a day from spammers.

It used to block calls very well, now it is letting calls from my area code…. NOT in my contacts get through.

Every person that calls or messages when I look up the number it only says personal line and gives no information. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t give the name of the caller?

It would be a lot more efficient as there was an option to copy and paste the reviews on Mr. number because a lot of the reviews are left in Spanish or other languages that a lot of people might not understand understand same with English. A lot of reviews are posted in English and I’m sure there are a lot of people that don’t understand understand English so There are people on both the English speaking side and the Spanish speaking side That can’t understand all the reviews. and so you have to type it out Word for Word on Google translate and go back-and-forth between the app to see what it says and it takes up way too much time and it’s inefficient to the user so maybe a copy and paste option available or a option available on the app so that I don’t have to spend so much time trying to translate the review going back-and-forth between the app to Google translate

Hopefully they will fix. It used to be a good app but customer service has declined in 2026.

Allows False Information to be recorded on phone numbers from people you don’t know and even company phones and does nothing to correct it . No verification. Anyone can write False information about your numbers

This app has so many bugs and when you need help no one reaches back out. We need a customer service email.

I bought the lifetime premium and they stopped updating the app three years ago. I’m never buying a Hiya app ever again. Waste of money.

this doesn’t do as it claims. no reviews for numbers

This app is advertised as a reverse lookup number but all it shows is a suggested place that int even right. There’s no help navigating or understanding this pointless app. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY
