When I sign in and try to buy tickets it takes me to the login when I’m already logged in and when I do and it tells me to log in all over again.

We've had a pretty miserable experience today. We spent over $600 for our family to visit Disneyland, including Lightning Lane. Twice we've arrived at attractions at our reserved times, only to have them shut down. We've wasted hours, haven't been able to get lunch, and now your app doesn't even work. We're celebrating our daughter's sixth birthday, and this has become a terrible experience. We need someone to help us resolve this today. Now the apps down!!!

Had fun, but it was my first time back since childhood and if you’re not a regular you miss out on so much. The lines!!!!!! Oh my goodness, I seen a 160 minute wait which is ridiculous. For the price I shouldn’t have to wait so long, or at least I should get to experience every major attraction if I got here at rope drop. Might return one day, not soon though. Disney should be ashamed.

Nowhere to sit when you buy your food an hour and a half line not the happiest place on earth that’s for sure

Wish we could utilize something we paid extra for. All the rides we really wanted to go on today were not available for lightening lane, or it would be offered hours later, well into the evening. Makes me feel silly for purchasing lightening lane. Wish I could get my money back for the upgrade.

Opens an annoying splash screen. That takes like 10 seconds before you can use the app. Grabage

The app is difficult to navigate. And impossible to make reservations.

I am paying over $3,000 for passes and can not make a reservation, frustrating and reason why I am not renewing

Totally NOT user friendly. The chat/help feature is only available during regular PST business hours (unlike other apps that offer 24 hour service). And even when I messaged well within business hours, they never got back to me. I love Disney, but the apps are absolute garbage. The fact that you’re required to use them to schedule dining, lightening lanes, etc. is absolutely ridiculous. At least let us talk to a person and give that person the ability to make reservations. All the calls we’ve made and every person said they can’t help and we have to use this app. If that’s the case, improve the app that’s REQUIRED to make your trip enjoyable.

Used it last year at Magic Kingdom, we’re going to Disneyland now and the Magic Band+ says I can’t use it because it is already claimed. Waste of money

Tried to make reservations, but app froze in confirmation page. This is no good

I keep getting “write a review” every time I open it. Also, it’s hard to find things. Not very intuitive.
