The app does not let you in fully after you’ve entered your business information. Then they talk about “you’ve entered a free trial” without showing you the price of the trial . Bare foolishness. Do not download and get this app out the App Store.

Jobber has a habit of messing up/losing time or clocking you out all together. It’s not constant, but it will lose you money if you don’t catch it and amend. Also they update it and tweak it far too much. Stop messing with and changing needless stuff. It has gotten easier to upload pictures. But do not mess with my money, yo. Also the jobber support blames you when it messes up, so then you have to explain to your employer and prove you’re up to date, fun stuff!

$60/month for the lowest tier. Come on.

one of the two worst workplace solutions and definitely the worst digital punch card I’ve ever had the displeasure of using both as a laborer and an owner. You are better off grabbing a notepad, a pencil, and a manilla folder like it’s still 2003, than you are falling for jobbers marketing. You are better off giving your guys a timesheet every week, and having them log their hours and job name the old fashioned way. Genuinely nothing this thing does justifies the absurd price, poor interface, workplace confusion, and absolutely asinine job setup. The AI features are wholly unnecessary, add zero actual convenience to day to day use of the app and unironically they are the only ones that will consistently work. Doesn’t matter though, your guys can’t clock in unless the connection is rock solid. guys can’t see the job you’ve assigned them to half the time either unless you mess around with it on a computer while they’re in the app so despite paying for a solution you’ll be calling and texting your employees in the morning like you always have anyway. My guys aren’t clocking out for lunch because your app wont let them clock in afterwards, so it looks like they’re working through every lunch. Any idea how bad that looks? The ability to clock in and out while offline and the app automatically sending it out when you reconnect is something plenty of existing timecard apps have already figured out and built in. The fact that this one doesn’t makes whatever vibe coded nonsense you threw together on top of the poor time clock (seriously? one job.) suck more. It also gets people who just need to clock in and out with this pile’ in trouble with their boss, who, thanks to Jobbers’™️©️®️ awful, misleading, marketing, think a glorified punch clock where your laborers can write down what their job of moving and gophering was that day can go any sort of way towards replacing a proper invoice and job summary. Less than useless.

We’ve only been using Jobber for a weeks now but overall we’ve been fairly disappointed. -doesn’t have live location tracking -employees MUST see ALL pricing in order to be able to properly complete their jobs in the field -the hourly product list doesn’t auto count when employees check into a job. -the Home Depot sync feature doesn’t matter when it comes to invoicing and still have to manually enter expenses. -The schedule feature is nice but not much better than Google Calendar which is free. For a system that’s supposed to streamline invoicing it creates a lot of dead ends. -can’t automatically add a late fee for overdue invoices despite the fact QuickBooks been doing it for years… catch up

Not a great software, used for a few months and I lost hundreds of clients because they don’t allow text message marketing even though they charge like 300+ for the premium package, plus it’s difficult to use.

I used to dread going to work every day; now, instead, I just dread using this app! If you’re looking for an app to make your work seem not as terrible, because it’s even worse, look no further! This app constantly crashes, runs extremely slow, and their picture process is a nightmare. Don’t even bother.

Straight trash. Trash AI bots with zero options employees that get false information take their responsibility for anything that they’ve said, and they withhold your payment money way past what they say on their website or over the phone. Go past their fake good reviews and get to the real ones and you’ll see what you should expect. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Tried collecting funds from a deposit and system won’t allow us to collect. Was told this wouldn’t be a problem and that was a lie. Was told this platform had several things with that it doesn’t. Sales guy was 6 weeks new and clearly lied about everything they said this app had. Not happy about the ridiculous fees either. Not the greatest CRM either

The app actually seems great. Unfortunately in my case I was promised by a salesman trying to close a deal that I would be omramoed by them. After days of hard work and months on the program I’m still being charged and have not been able to use any feature single feature

This app and jobber as a whole have really gone downhill since I started using it for my business about a year and a half ago. The app “updates” are abysmal and the recent one has made everything slower and less functional. The latest update made it so I can’t see what I’m typing when I’m texting my clients. Really awesome when I’m trying to send updates to customers in 100 degree Florida heat with gloves on. This feels more like an app for a Chinese dash camera than it does an app for the CRM I pay nearly $300 a month for. If you’re reading this and contemplating using jobber as your CRM I would sadly have to say look elsewhere. For what I pay I’ve become more and more frustrated with jobber and their support team. If you have a problem they’ll do everything they can to keep you in a tech support black hole, sometimes for months via email asking for job numbers, obscure pieces of data, etc, etc only to gaslight you into believing you caused the issue to begin with.

I have this for work and i have all my notification on my phone and app turned on and it doesnt notify me of anything. Ive almost missed shifts because i did not know my schedule was changed. Also, it doesnt show you your next shifts unless you tap on each day specifically to check. Pretty useless

The new update has done nothing but make it monumentally more difficult actually use this app. It was so easy before you changed literally everything unnecessarily. Please fix this.

This program/app has CONSTANT issues!!!!! If you are a mobile business and move around through out your business day, I would not recommend this program. It times out constantly, won't open while you're in the middle of a job, don't even get me started on the failed payment issues when attempting to collect payments. Way way WAY too many bugs and constant issues.

Update: in the months since I wrote this, Jobber has gotten even worse at freaking with weak internet. I spend even more time staring at the "loading" spinner (which doesn't spin). Meanwhile I use online features of other apps without trouble. Has to query for the schedule every time the app opens. No offline cacheing of any kind?? Timers are on visits, and visits need internet, so can't start or stop a timer without internet. Can't even clock in without internet. Clocking out doesn't stop the running timer or complete the active visit. If you forget and clock out without stopping the timer, you'll come back the next day to find it's been running the whole time.

The app keeps crashing numerous times. I’ve been a user for a few years now and I’m on the most expensive plan and every time I’m typing to a client the whole app closes on me and I have to redo everything really inconvenient when you’re trying to run a business.

Everything is a paywall, job flow is brutal, transparency sucks. The map icon does not show active jobs. It seems they spend more money on advertising than they do development. Don’t know how finds success with this app. Brutal. Some benefits as it’s better than absolutely nothing, but still not a very good provider and would recommend looking into other apps/services.

Been using this for work for almost 3 years for the love of god why does my route list load so SLOW it’s BLACK AND WHITE TEXT there’s no images, no video I have 5 bars of 5g & I can’t load the stop to start the damn timer it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Getting an error message popping up when trying to sign in. Have the latest version of iOS.

This app has progressively been getting worse since our company started using it. I used to use this app for everything. Billing. Scheduling. Notes. Documentation. But now I can’t trust it to do hardly any of those things. I wrote paragraphs of notes. Just for my admin to later ask in the day why none are posted. If you have even the SLIGHTEST network hiccup any notes will be lost and deleted. The fact that this app is DEPENDENT on network for everything. And not just to sync is wild. I will be looking for new software. This ain’t it.

We have been using Jobber for years. We are a large construction company. We just took a large payment in Jobber and we recieved a message from their team informing us that they are withholding our funds until we provide additional red tape paperwork for them….. if you needed additional paperwork you should have asked us to fill it out when signing up for jobber payments. Now you are withholding time sensitive funds for some Ai script you wrote that doesn’t take our use case or history into account.
